👌😊 *I feel like in the future someone will be looking at this painting hanging in a shop and tell their friend next to them in a hushed, excited voice 🙆🏻♀️ "It's a genuine Yanconsky!"*

I have been trying to keep to only a few colors. Three at most. Even a limited Zorn palette is good. Surprising how harmonious it looks.

Thank you for permission for the very doable option to really change it up from the reference photo. What you did was bold and I wouldn't have dared, but it works.

You never fail to surprise me Liron. The yellow ochre sky was YUK! And yet the whole painting works sooo well. You certainly made your point! And the sky is lovely. 😊

Eye-opener! I now see that I often get too attached to the "real" instead of how it feels. Thanx!! Considering that you have quite a strong/colorintense style, it would be interesting to see you go in the opposite direction and lighten a moody scene :) Just an idea.

I love the building and the way you brought it all together. I also really like the message of experimentation when paintings. I have a tendency to play it safe and yet know it is the bold who will produce the most interesting results. Thank you for reminding us to work outside the box,,, or should I say, work outside the reference photo. ☺️

I end up doing both.. staying true to the reference and changing it to make things look a bit better. I play a lot with moving off from realistic colours as the reference has but that suits my fantasy style. but for trees I also end up staying true to the colours I see in the reference. with animals I stay to the true colours more than with trees. just whatever the flow of painting something tells me. I am still exploring as I am only painting for 2 years but I think both realistic colours and moving away from it contributes to learning and evolving as a artist.

Good video, but did you know there are now 8 ads in this video? So disrupts the flow when you're trying to paint along! KZbin definitely getting greedy.

Thank you for letting me know Barbara. I have to say - I never put more than 1-2 ads in a video (I go with KZbin’s default, for more I believe you have to manually insert them, and I never really do that, I just choose the default option - either start or end of vid - and move to the next stage in the video setup) - but I had the same thing happen to me yesterday!! I watched a video of a podcast I’ve been following and got an ad every 2 minutes for half the show for some reason. I think KZbin went a little crazy for a few hours. Sorry about that!
@barbaraverser10564 жыл бұрын
@@LironYan No worries! I watch and love ALL your videos (except maybe the ones with cars 😋), and this has never happened. Just wanted to make you aware.

Question..do you get more money if i dont skip the ad? Hate them but if it means you make more then...i will watch.
