You continue to amaze me. You are a gifted artist and a great instructor. You create ACCUREATE ways to resolve problematic issues for the photographer. You find ways that no other has or can do. Others copy one another on the same topic. You also give the viewer free brushes, actions, etc. which helps many. I don't know how you do it, but I thank you Sir.

Best part of this video? Using the Alt key to bring up the color picker while using the Brush tool! My tip? To get the 'opposite' of the selected color, use a 180° hue rotation in the color dialog. (Note: you can do the math in the Hue field: if the current value is less that 180, simple type +180 after the value. If the current value is more than 180, type -180 after the value. The Tab key will complete the calculation.) Another awesome technique from f64 Academy!

Awesome thanks! Great tip too. Sometimes I don't want the exact color, notice how I added a little bit of orange to that yellow? That was to get it close to yellow, but then bring in some of that orange light from the sunrise. But great tip!

Thank you Blake for thinking out of the box. Very interesting technic. What is the filter on the lens for aerochrome? I have a Canon 700D and I bought color filters for the lens but I looks that most of the lens filters now are not so useful as a lot of filters can be made by using photoshop. Do you think that there are still physical filters worthy to have/buy?
@f64Academy4 жыл бұрын
I have a Full Spectrum converted camera with the IR Chrome Filter on the lens. I love it, but you can only use that lens filter with a converted camera. I would also say I wouldn't use any lens filters without a converted camera. They just don't do IR well. Lots of variables!
