Painting a Mandala in Watercolour for mindfulness and relaxation. This is a great watercolour exercise for practicing brush control and precision. I show you how to create an 8 pointed mandala, creating a framework using a pair of compasses and a ruler, followed by improvising a watercolour pattern to fill your page.

You don't need to use the exact supplies I'm using but if you'd like to know, these are what they are. You also may want to shop around for paints and brushes because prices vary from store to store.
* The watercolours I'm using are the Windsor and Newton Professional 24 half pan set.
