These are great tips! I will make a decal next time I paint my nails. My only tip for painting with your non dominant hand is GO SLOW. Also remember that it is better to have a little space between your cuticle and the nail polish than to flood your cuticle:)

If your nails are much shorter than your fingertips, you don't have to apply :) If you really want to cover the edge, apply nail polish and then clean up the skin.😊👍

The nail art trick was quite a cool idea, only problem is every time I try it you have a line where the edge of it is, even if you apply a thick layer of clear on top

file and touch up before a thick coat of top coat, should give it a better blend. or make the decal the size of your nail and use acetone to blend the edges.

Pushing your cuticles back isn't a bad thing, cutting them is MUCH worse. But if you're not gentle enough while pushing the cuticles back, that could be a problem.
