Well done man, looking great. So... question: I'm learning about the 'art' of polishing old paint (the '05 Bermuda Blue Z71 I just bought). I'm wondering if that once your clear is cured, you could go over with a high cut polishing compound with an appropriate pad and 'knock off' the dirt that got in? That run might take something more aggressive, obviously. Just a thought. LOVE the color you chose too!

So when it comes to polishing I myself am not very skilled at it due to the fact I just do not enjoy it (yet). The dirt specs will be nibbed out then I will probably block the rest of the hood with 1500/2000 grit then try polishing it back HOPEFULLY with some success. As far as the monster SAG I've been working on that the past couple nights. There are two of them (one on either side).😤🙄😂😂... Side note, how was this video quality? When I watch it on something other than my phone the actual video quality is terrible and frustrates me... Looking for feedback...👍

@@ChallengeTheBuild Yea, those sags would suck to deal with, I pity you there. Uhm.. quality... Well.... It's "acceptable" given the content we're learning about. If you were taking us through a spectacular countryside, I'd want ("expect") a higher resolution. I'm watching with a 140" rear projection home theater room, soooo... I'm kinda freaky like that. I might be the best person to ask, but then again, I might be the worst. If that makes sense? Do I want a higher resolution? Absolutely. Will I stop watching because of what it is, no. Rock on man!

This is great feedback EXACTLY what I needed/wanted to hear... I will blow your mind a little....ALL 100% of my content is filmed and edited using my phone ! I have been wanting to make the switch to an actual camera for months now but that requires a huge investment into my gear (camera, microphone, computer, editing software and the list continues) not to mention a completely new way of editing and posting content....But it will happen soon (I think) one of those things if it aint broke dont fix it...😂...As far as the hood and the sags, lets just say I am making progress.... Thankfully! All I can say is stay tuned...😎

@@ChallengeTheBuild Yea man, some of the YT channels I follow talk about the money they've got wrapped up in camera equipment, it's crazy. You gotta be sure it's the path you want to take before dropping that kinda money. You watch a guy called 'DirtLifestyle'? His videography is top tear. I think he's even got a list of equipment he uses. I think you'd dig his channel. He'll focus on one build for a while, then move to another, so if you see something you're not interested in, scroll on, there'll be something you'll like. But I digress.... His editing, resolution, production, all that is perfect. He does all that himself. Rock on man!
