Your technical abilities are amazing, making these videos, editing the sound, the palette and the painting so it all comes together. Think you may under estimate your own abilities. I find rubbing my make up brush on concrete or brick briskly for a short time can soften the bristles almost back to new, worth a try if its getting a bit stiff.

What a nice scene you’ve chosen for this painting. The tutorial on part one is clear and wonderfully done Stephen. I am anxiously waiting for part two so I can watch this painting come to life. This type of scene is the type I like best. How can you go wrong painting water and mountains? LOL. I am so sorry to hear that your mother is not doing well so I will pray for her to get better and to regain her strength too. Stephen I disagree with ur idea of using turpentine for painting instead of oil, Becos turpentine dries up. What do u say. Ilive in India.

Do you mean linseed oil or regular turpentine... i always mix a little turpentine with linseed oil or use turpentine on its own. When mixed with oil paints it makes the paint very nice to work with... what you think.....?
