I’ve had all generations and my best combination build was using a 86 motor on a 92 frame with zilla suspension and front a arms definitely was a bad ass two stroke... currently working on a hybrid ltz with a 250 swap. Love my vintage quads

Did the motor just drop in or were there any custom motor mounts you needed? I may end up doing that. Cant find an 85/86 swing arm BUT I do also have another 91 full roller minus the engine...hmmmm

@@daleduro6505honestly it would be cheaper to send it out and get it welded and reinforce unless it’s a build your looking to keep then throw that money into it and find yourself a full floater swing arm off a zilla and rear shock. If you can get a generation 1 z400 you can use that but you would still need a rear zilla or 400ex shock so you can utilize the stock air box boot.

@@daleduro6505 not sure where you are from but for the right price I might be willing to part with one. I’m selling a lot of toys and tossing a lot of parts 14yrs. In the shop and now the owner has sold the property so … it was fun while it lasted
