Paired on Peaks - A Portland PD and Fire Partnership

Portland Police and Fire partner on Peaks Island in two-person team shifts, leaving many emergencies for them to respond to on their own until backup arrives.
This is the story of one fire call that tested the of trust one pair of teammates.
