I have done IF for 4-5 months with eating window of 8 hrs. I used to take lunch n dinner, but it gave me lot of acidity unbearable. Due to My work n transit timings I used to take lunch n dinner. But then i stopped n now take 3 meals a day. So if i want to do autophagy or IF, how to deal with severe acidity?

@@pragatisohoni8491 acidity to hogi.because ayurveda ka hisaab sa pitta body ma dominant ho jata ha. Jo sab kar raha ha basa nahi karna chahiye body ka sath sabki body type and nature alag hota ha ,6 type hota ha , ayurveda ka hisaab se to aapko pahle kisi ayurvedic doctor sa apna body type ka bara ma pata karka fir fasting kar sakte ho 👍

मेरा रोज का routine ऐसा set है की मुझे 14 hours की fasting हो ही जाती है। इसके साथ दिनचर्या, मेडिटेशन, pure vegetarian, no smoking, no alcohol, घर का cook हुआ भोजन और भी ढेरों आदतें मैंने डाली है अपनी जिंदगी में। स्वस्थ रहे, मस्त रहें और भगवान के भजन में मगन रहे।

1400 years ago, our prophet "Hazrat Mohammad S.A.W" had imposed 30 fasts of Ramadan on us and he had said that this is a gift given by Allah for you people, do not leave the fast, it is a medicine for you.

I am example of this ... I am 43... playing Sports in Canada .. very well fit ... 4 years ago I was overweight, slow and lot of issues ... when I found out about fasting .. it changed my life . I started with 12 hours fast every day and now I do 16 hours per day ... I reduce sugar and salt as well . Even I am 43 but I look younger than 35 , slim and lots of stamina ...Do fasting guys , I am vegetarian.,That helps as well ❤

400 दिन तक केवल 1kg दुध मे लगातार किया है और 22साल से लगातार हर 6 माह मे 40 दिन का उपवास करते रहते है। डॉ साहब बिल्कुल ठीक कह रहे हैं।

Sur my mother is applying this process because she was diagnosed with 4th stage cervix cancer actually cancer has been spread in lymph nodes but now my mother is healing gradually because of that mechanism called Autophagy . She was on 7 days water fasting and now she is on intermittent fasting of 8-16 hour window and results are incredible

सर मैने 3 महीने में 14 kg बर्न किया है। पहले मै 90 kg का था । आज मैने weight किया अब मैं 76 kg का हो गया हूँ । जैसा सर आप बता रहे है, लगभग मैने यही किया है । मैने चावल, चीनी, मैदा बंद किया और कच्चा नमक खाना बंद किया । खाया- सुबह - Oats दूध मे पका कर दोपहर- चना का भुन्जा 3 मुठ्ही और 1 सेब खाना है । रात- दलिया हरि सब्जी के साथ, सिर्फ नमक, हल्दी, गोलमिर्च डाल्कर पकाया और खाया।

Hundred percent true I was a science student I am 67 years now Our professor had just said eat to live not live to eat Early to bed early to rise makes you healthy and fine But by hard ships of life I was not allowed to eat food before 10.30 am Tody I have no health issues If I get some problem my remedy is Sleep for full 24 Hours You further carry on your good advices to help Humanity

@@Vdh934 I did water fasting for weight loss And as a result I came back to my normal weight as well as cured fibroids completely. Thank God No operation is required now I have healthy uterus now When u start fasting obviously u feel like eating and I am a very foodie person .I love eating homemade tasty food But I continued water fast ,didn’t look back . U need a lot of will power for that.I think women is gifted with will power by Almighty God If I can do everyone can do Requires courage that’s all. Believe me hunger just comes and goes within half an hour and u win over it In the starting 3-5 days I had severe, intolerable headaches also but I tolerated that with the help of wet packs on my head and stomach and I won over headaches that way After 3 weeks I didn’t even feel like eating And was so energetic that I went for walking and jogging at least one and a half hour to use my energy My sleep patterns improved I kept watching water fasting videos of Dr pradeep Jamnadas from USA to keep myself motivated This is my succcessful attempt on fasting May God give u courage

This is why fasting has been regarded very sacred in Islam too. It is valuable in Hindism too.If we follow prophetic sunnahs eg. Eating less than hunger, eating in evening rather than night. drinking water in sitting position not in standing. yoga or five times Namaz is also for our benefit.U r so right Doctor

I was looking for this comment honestly..some mulla will start talking about their nabbi. You nabbi is very new and he got all his content from other books like torah, bible and local books, he just added his kamukta, tharak and narcissistic thoughts in it and named it quran. Thank you for this interesting video. As Muslim I understand how fasting is life booster. Though I fast during Ramadan only but yes I feel a sudden increase in stamina, glow and happiness after ramadan. Yes you're right our ancestors were really intelligent. I will try this intermittent fasting from tomorrow and will share the result with you.
