khana khne se pehle kheera khaana h... khana khane k thodi der baad ajwain ka boil pani peena hai cup me..... trifal adha spoon raat ko sote time ek glss pani me lena h 5 ya 6 din isabghol ek spoon lena h raat ko only 3 days . month me nahte time full body scrub karna hai one weak me 😊

करून बघा सकाळी 9 वाजता जेवण व दुपारी दोन वाजता जेवण व संध्याकाळी पाच वाजेपर्यंत थोडं थोडं पाणी पिणे रात्री जेवण बंद करा परत दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी 9 वाजता जेवण करण्याची पद्धत पाळा असे केल्याने शरीरातील सर्व आजार कमी होतील

I have been following some tips and I found them a blessing for my body. Here they are - 1. Lemon Honey Warm water 1st thing in the morning 2. No more dairy products (Only Ghee I take) 3. More Water intake 4. Cucumber 5. Green Tea 6. Wheat flour free food for some days 7. Mostly Not eating after sunset 8. Chew a little ginger or garlic before sleeping 9. No water intake before 1-2 hours of sleeping

खीरा जरूर खाता हूं और रोज की कोशिश रहती है कि सलाद ज्यादा और ताजा हो, सुबह हल्के व्यायाम के बाद शहद और नींबू का रस कुनकुने पानी में डालकर पीता हूं उसके बाद अंकुरित अनाज एक कटोरी थोड़े से काले नमक के साथ जो मेरा आधा नाश्ता होता है और कल से अजवाइन का पानी और त्रिफला या ईसबगोल की भूसी भी लेना शुरू करूंगा, वैसे मैंने सबसे पहले बाहर का खाना छोड़ दिया था और कभी 6 या 8 महीने में ही बाहर का कुछ खाता हूं लेकिन इतना काफी नहीं है इसलिए अभी और भी परिवर्तन लाना है अपनी दिनचर्या में। आपका धन्यवाद ज्ञानवर्धक जानकारी के लिए।।

Sir I take trifala after cleaning my bowls in the morning I meditate for one hour and then I go for a long walk for one hour and pranayam for one and half hour .. like this I perform workouts for two and half hours regularly. I am 70 yrs. old and by the grace of God I am fully healthy .. no diseases.. and still I am employed as an Administrator in RICOH Co. My aging has no effect on my body I am always healthy and full of enthusiasm.

Anurag ji Pranam, Your videos are useful and educative. I have stopped all dairy products. I eat raw salad before meals or eat sprouted moong. I drink one litre warm water in the morning. I drink herbal tea only once in morning. I do Yoga -Pranayam five days a week. I take a brisk walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I eat only twice daily. Thus I have been able to give up my diabetes tablets.

I am 78 and husband is 83. Every morning and night we take trifle, flax powder, and a mixture of haldi, Kali mirch, saunth, and dalchini. Apple cider vinegar with pure raw honey ( from our farm) in the morning and chywanprash at night. It has kept us in good health .Thanks to people like you, Anurag Rishi. Stay blessed , always.

I check all your videos & all very very perfect. ✅ Cucumber before meal ✅ Ajwain after meal (only after lunch, not in night) ✅ Skin video - Honey, milk, multani mitti & curd all are perfect remedies (towel scrubbing 🧽 & dry scrubbing is new - I will definitely try & reply you) ❓ for milk & butter you said no but what about cow ghee & curd, I think we must use - desi cow ghee 4/5 spoons daily & 300gm Curd (butter milk is more beneficial) everyday before sunset only , curd must be taken in lunch , not in dinner. Many more to things to discuss

Thank you, Anurag. Once again a very informative video. Had heard a lot about Isabgol, Trifla, ajwain water and dry rubbing of your body towards the direction of your heart. I am going to follow them all. But little skeptical about cucumber as it's skin and seeds have lactins which are again not good for gut health. Thank you once again for reminding us of good stuff. मैं गर्मी के 4 महीने छोड़ कर बाकी दिन हमेशा गुनगुना पानी ही पीती हूं। बाहर का खाना avoid करती हूं। बाकी exercise, meditation etc साल भर चालू रहता है। पर अभी आपने बताएं हुए detoxification technique भी अपनाऊंगी।

Hello Sir, the information you gave is really amazing. I am already doing that ajwain seeds remedy and it's extremely effective. I will start taking cucumber and triphala churn and try to leave the milk products. Because I am suffering from IBS and lot of other indigestion issues.

It is very severe problem , you must need to cut down sugar mostly and poor quality fat ,check for liver , long ayurvedic treatment and some trigger to be noted to find out what cause this issue ?, and how pancreatic inflammation is occured in your body ?? Pls any reason ??
