moti choor laddu ka sugar syrup diff. hota hai, normal laddu jyada din acche rehte hai jo hard hote hai, but moti choor laddu jyada din tikte nhi...

plate is dried pressed supari tree leaves.Motichoor ladu they use saffron for colour and boondi ladu they have a bigger boondi whereas motichoor it is finer.If the ladu becomes hard then the consistency of the syrup is not of one string ,then the ladu becomes hard. We have yellow colored motichoor laddoos too….many make it in yellow color otherwise it is orange color though boondi k laddoos are always yellow but i have seen in different cities where they make orange ones. Pathar type boondi laddoos are typical ‘pind’ style laddoos which have very high sugar content (they are called waddi boondi waaley laddoo). Lahore mei koi achhi mithai bana ni nahi jaanta…few items like kissi ki barfi, kissi ka laddoo achha hoga but when you will taste Indian Mithai here in India….ur opinion will b same like me.

Yellow color wale laddu and red color dona ka taste different hota hai just a note. Red wale deshi ghee me or alag hota ye india me sweet ki rate me milta hai like 400 RS per kg jabi yellow wale 160 Rs per kg
