Bhai TATA is not just a company, not just a brand, not just a corporate house. Though it's my personal opinion but what I feel is.... no other company in entire globe can match the core values of the TATAs. Its the emotions of millions of Indians. It's pride of India. That's why the advertising has been made so with the TATA logo.

Very honest and well articulated reaction. FYI India shares it border with 7 countries so advertisement in which kids have crossed the barbed fences to play football, must be representing some place at India's north eastern border where we have neighbors like China, Myanmar, Bhutan and Nepal.

My two cents. Its not based on any actual border. Airtel made it ambiguous so that it can be relatable universally. And its not Indo-Myanmar border,I am from Manipur so I know the border areas are not like that. Its also not Tibet and India border as Tibet is under China currently. :)

As always liked your comments. I do not critically evaluate you now. Perhaps now you seem so familiar and known. I can overlook many things I disagree with you too. Rather I agree with you more than disagree. There is no fatigue in listening to you. Many new Pakistani reactions have sprung up. Perhaps you have been their inspiration. Few are good. Like its changed in last decade I would say where I have met parents who say - rather they drink in front of us so we can drive them home. They can feel free to wear skirts n party but we be there to see nobody harrasses their girl. Let her be free. Feel free. Let her enjoy. Pith piche karenge. Maa-baap se chize chupayenge to bade raade karenge. Especially the parents who drink together at social party their kids drink with them when of legal drinking age. Stuff like that. But that particular ad was made in 90's not in 2000 & Def not after 2012. Where everyone was scared world is coming to an end. Whats the worst that can happen? U kid dies drunk driving. If I know he drinks I can come pick him up myself.(that was before Uber was everywhere) so things n mentality have changed majorly

I think you are in advertising, may be not in creative, I assume. Probably planning or client servicing. The Bajaj film wasn't bad. Maybe you didn't get it. If i have to sum it up in one sentence, the film's message was; even though the new generation is modern, we will not forget our values. If you hear the music, it was a mix between rock and indian classical. Mordern India, as westernized (many in Indians complain) as it is, still will not forget our indian values, of respect. You could see that in every shot. The woman and her BF on a bike, stop hugging each other when an older gentleman comes. Its very cultural. hope you get the ad film now.

Aur woh elder ko dekh kr hanth peeche krne wala meant ki our actions shouldn't make others feel uncomfortable.. Again relationship is something which is good if private..
