English commentary: Sift the chickpea flour Add arrowroot or cornstarch that makes it crispy Don’t add water too fast. Keep it thick and since we’re making 3 kinds today, start with thick and last one will be thin. Start with chili version better which is the thickest batter. Usually you can tell how spicy the pepper is if you smell it. For potato do thin slices. Put in water to make it not dark. For onions you can cut whatever size and method. If you have kids, start by frying some of the potato ones first for them 😊
