Talat Hussain's KIA Sorento

Kia Sorento is a mid-size crossover SUV manufactured by the South Korean automobile company Kia Motors. The car was first launched in 2002.
The first-generation Kia Sorento was launched in February 2002 as a body-on-frame SUV. The car came in two trims - the base trim was the LX while the high-grade trim was EX with two transmission options - 5-speed manual and 5-speed automatic. The 2002 Sorento came with an AM/FM stereo, an eight-speaker audio system, airbags, and other standard features like power windows, power door locks, keyless entry, and air conditioning.
In 2007, the first-generation Sorento received a facelift. The upgrade switched from 5-speed transmission to 5-speed Sportmatic Tip-Tronic automatic transmission. In 2009, Sorento received another facelift which only demonstrated a change in the car’s grille.
The second-generation Kia Sorento was launched in 2009 and debuted the signature Kia tiger-nose grille. It was available in 4 models - the base models LX and EX, and the high-end SX models. The new generation came with new technological features and received further updates in 2013 to its instrument panel.
The third-generation Kia Sorento came out in 2014. It was available in 5-seater and 7-seater options. It also came with options regarding transmission with 6-speed automatic and 6-speed manual transmission. Another option was in the drivetrain as it was available in front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive. It received a facelift in 2018 with modifications to its front grille, external bumpers, and exterior lighting.
The third-generation Kia Sorento was launched in Pakistan in February 2021. It is available in Pakistan in three variants - 2.4L Front Wheel Drive (FWD), 2.4L All Wheel Drive (AWD), and 3.5L Front Wheel Drive (FWD).

I have driven this 3.5 Sorento. This is great vehicle to drive. Great 7 seater family car. I have also driven Fortuner. It's piece of metal junk. I don't know why people buy this as 7 seater family car. It's not practical 7 seater. Also difficult to got in or get out. No features. No power. Extremely uncomfortable. On other hand Sorento is a practical 7 seater family SUV . Lot of features. Very comfortable. . .

Talat has been a free loader all his life. From his days at QAU hoarding off from his brother to all the neighbours, he was a disgrace. Similarly his yellow journalism is based on corruption, extortion and blackmailing.
