Subscribed. My mom 🇭🇹 always told me that we weren't the only Kreyol speakers and that she speaks Kreyol with Lucians all the time.

Very glad to see that you are posting again. I was having this discussion with my cousins when I was in in Guyana just a few weeks back. As was pointed out in the video the reality is that on the ground in many Anglo-Caribbean countries the used language is indeed not English. Some members of my family are de facto mono-lingual Creolese speakers. It is an important part of our history and should not be denigrated as 'broken English' 'broken French' etc. It seems that some are thankfully beginning to realise this. Looking forward to the rest of the series
