Not to many artists give themselves into their inner feelings to this degree too much anymore. It takes more courage than you might know to reveal yourself on this age and times especially on platforms who are quick to hate for its own sake. It was refreshing to watch someone be this honest with themselves, great work Pale Waves.

The first time I watched this I burst into tears from relation. I have Bipolar, BPD, OCD, ASD, ADHD, Epilepsy where brain seizures can mess with my emotional states. C-PTSD and recent acute PTSD.. I’m grieving my 3 year old son and I am 28 years old. We were in a car wreck. I’m lucky I was a single parent and got every second with him. He’s going to be 4 on December 17th if anyone wants to just.. Say happy birthday to him.. Please, from somewhere. It would mean the world. Not on here, in your voice. I love and miss you every day Dean Lawrence. 😔❤️
@Sucart124 жыл бұрын
The loss of a loved one can be so overwhelming, especially when you blame yourself for their lost for whatever reason- sometimes you don't even have one and you try to find anything to have the blame. But I've come to realise that if anything, their suffering is over now. Whether you believe in an afterlife or not it doesn't matter, either way they will never feel pain again i assure you this. But in case you do, which i choose to believe in one. Know they you boy is in an infinitely better place now, and there is no need for you to worry about them ever again because they are at eternal peace. Besides, I'm sure he, along with anyone else gone, would never want to see you in a down state, so cry not because they are gone, but smile because they are at rest. 🙂 Its October now, and in case i forget i will leave my early happy birthday here: happy birthday little Dean Lawrence, i hope you are looking down at your parent from up there, taking care of them, smiling. Though you're gone your memory isn't, and that is enough. Bless you.

I can see this being a strong visual depiction of how it feels when you are Manic-Depressive or a similar mental illness. Different versions of you reacting different ways in your head and the only thing you want to ask the people around you is, "What do you see when you look at me?" Are these versions of yourself visible to others or just locked in the space of your head? That's just my take-away from it and how I related to this though.

I thank you for the fact that give such fine feelings and feelings the creativity! You the best that I listened to and saw in recent years in music. 強そうな見た目とポップなメロディと切ない歌詞のギャップでもうめっちゃ心に来るわ Looks kind of unique and strong, sounds so pop, but makes me feel sad inside the lyrics. LOVE HER
