I just dont understand anything... It is definitely NOT GULYAS. NOT PALEO. Never ever use olive oil to a gulyas. Use grease. Do not start with beef. Start with grease onion, garlic, 5 mins later 1Tbsp of tomato puree, fry them, then ground caraway seeds, then cubed beef (😢😂😮NEVER MINCED BEEF) What is this paprikamaniac? Use carrots, turnips (original Hungarian gulyas we use parsnips roots) celery sticks, 1 paprika, 1 fresh tomatoes and originally cubed potatoes. Paleoversion do not use potatoes or sweet potatoes or rice 😂😢😮😂😢😮. For paleoversion use example cubed cauliflower . after all, Gulyas is a soup. very delicious thick soup. it needs water!
