Mr.Rathishkumar, you have a very very wonderful singing ability. I can hear you sing long. Shruti sudham is excellent. I want to Ask you to reconsider one aspect of your Raga Presentation. In this specific piece, you have given many songs which have the Swara intervals S R2 G1 M1 P D2. N1 S From which when you take away Panchamam, it becomes SRIRANJANI. But to bring out Karaharapriya, these pitches, kampitam and sequence of notes also bring out Karaharapriya. In some of the film songs, these Parameters are surely not observed and they do reduce Karaharapriya ( RAGACHEDAM ) . They belong to some derived janya raga and that resemblance sneaks in. Therefore, in my view, I will qualify that “ these are Karaharapriya like “. Loss of raga Bhava, will result in “operation successful, Patient died “. No way, this observation reduces your excellent presentation and the beautiful voice nor your knowledge is questioned here.
