I would describe this as an over-priced trailer park. Sure, you're on the water but it's more like a pond, no waves crashing the shore, no sea gulls. This place turned out to be less than it's promise.

Looks like a blast from the past...1980s ... generic furniture... not to mention, ugly kitchen with basement like windows, a beach that looks more like a swamp, a pool thrown on the side, cheap material everywhere, and the clothes hangers on balcony and bedroom.... wonder if this ever got sold ...

In my opinion, living in Dubai doesn't have a lot of excitement and enjoyment in life, because looking anywhere, the sea and buildings everywhere, unlike Thailand it is my home, there are many places to go everywhere and there. The design is okay and everything is fine. My only problem with the whole thing is that there is lack of enough natural light and lack of aeration. what is the purpose of being close to the beach but cannot enjoy the breeze while in the house. I don't know why they are designed that way. May be it is how houses are build in middle east but the whole thing looks like a dark, dull back office in the back alley. Very few windows!! It is like walls and walls and walls!!!! And the windows that are there are too small. I am sure they planned to make a great thing but did it not occur to them that they are no windows? Well, all the best!!!
