It definitely needs a makeover it looks very dated. But that balcony jacuzzi is probably one of only a few in a private condo in all of Las Vegas. That's the true selling point for me. Sitting on the 57th floor, in a jacuzzi, in your private 1000sqft balcony over looking all of Las Vegas.

⭐️ Chakits good video work as usual. Nice Penthouse, however, too dark kitchen the design wasn't thought out through when it comes to color scheme. Plus for the asking price they should implement a chef gas stove and a pot filler. Happy New Year.

It's definitely a income property.... $54,000 a year for the basic upkeep.. Anybody's estate that's under 10mil.... But when the city is up and running! That 10k a day with a 50% occupied rate. That's love! Even if you go under with 5k.

Those are condos we were going to rent one at the palms and stay there but we changed our mind due to the covid but we wouldn't have been on the 51st floor we would have been on the 16th floor and it didn't cost that much to rent the place that we was going to get that one is really a penthouse

I dont know how nice this is but if you take 2 million starting balance in a Roth ira and put it at the age of 25 and pay 5,500 until your 55 you will have 480million so you can put down payment on a 100million mansion wait until your 55 and have plenty to pay of the house and the money is tax free sometimes at the age of 60 to 65 its fully tax free and if you wait another 10 to 15 years if 10 years then 1.3 billion and 15 2.9 billion dollars so you can anything become a supermilllioner right now and have billions at the age of 65 with a starting balance of 2million and 5,500 from 25 to 60 to 65 it only a total of 2.2 million total you spent and have billions tax free to pay the hundreds of millions you can easily pay back and if 5000 people put 2.5 million from the age of 0 to 90 and only spent 2.5 million win 90 years the amount would be 135trillion and only spent 12.5 billion
