i liked this property so much. i always thought about how i want my dream home to look like. This is it. It isn't too massive and overwhelming, it is sleek, it is modern, and feels spacious. It has that luxury side but still feels homey. the views are amazing. Its everything i wanted. Glad that you toured it. The developer has done an amazing job.

This home is stunning. From the moment you walk through the front door an see those amazing views it just WOW'S you. It continues throughout with all the glass. The layout lends to giving you the best of both worlds an with the choices of finishing that are kinda of muted it enhances the views of the city an especially at night. I’ve been to Vegas a few times, I live in Kenya. As you know I’m a huge fan of yours Enes and I must say I didn’t even know Vegas has such nice homes. I have seen a couple but this is nice and modern. The views are insane. So peaceful.. totally serene. The owner did such a good job, you should be proud of yourself fellow Enes fan.

I absolutely love this home for the sheer fact that this house was designed with the view in mind! Also, it is not over the top big like other properties which I just think it is absolute overkill. It's spacious, but just to the right amount of space. I adore this man's place. The only thing I would have changed, is to make sure that at least 2 bedrooms enjoy the same view, as well as the office. Other than that....this place is beautiful.

Amazing home, the symmetry of the outside of the house with the pool in the middle is perfect. Im going to throw out a personal thing here, I just bought a 1 million dollar 4,800 sq foot house. I start renovations in a couple months, but i dont have the budget for all that Italian marble and super expensive designer elements. Im designing the house myself and will be using cheaper things like fake printed marble on MDF panels, or kitchens designed by bulk builders. I would like to see you do a walk-through of someone elses home that is beautifully designed but on a budget with cheaper/ artificial/ fake materials. Give some inspiration to those who cant afford Gold plated toilets. Heck, make a new channel, Call it "Enes on a budget"

​@@emmyr.3048 Different situation, different country. Sold our city condo for a 1.2 million, went to a new smaller city where prices are cheaper and bought a massive home for a million. Putting in plumbing, electrical, floors, Heating and AC, building room walls, then doing finishing like wall plaster, kitchens, bathrooms, etc will eat up all the rest of our money and thats if we do everything with Porcelain tiles instead of marble, or fake wood floor instead of real, or cabinets made of particle board and printed patterns. The Italian marbles and all the fancy carpentry these houses that Enes shows cost more than the actual house (not counting price hikes due to location). Most people who buy a house do their best to decorate without spending millions on fancy stone, just because i live in an area where housing is insanely expensive doesnt mean im a billionaire.

That view at night… just WOW!.. $6M and I’ve got a house on each side that’s only 10 ft. away is a dealbreaker with me but that’s just my opinion. Where I live $6M gets you 9-12k sq. ft. on 2-4 acres waterfront to the Chesapeake Bay with your own private dock for a very large yacht and much much more.

WOW! This home is absolutely amazing. Breathe taking views, nice layout, and the night time viewing and lighting is simply gorgeous. Having seen some of the other homes featured on this channel that priced over 20+ Million, I would honestly have to say this one beats them out. I know you pay for location and some of these homes have had some over the top type features like the retractable roofing\skylight but this one is simple and well thought out. Best parts of this home for me is the Kitchen and bar area. Love the close proximity to the main living area with clear sight lines to the back yard.

The Stone work is impeccable in this house and so tasteful and clean. Love the contrast as well. The pool with the blue lighting contrasting with the dark. That one bathroom with the black marble and the mirror with halo light. Everything is flush and precise. The tour feels a little rushed btw.

Las Vegas has the most beautiful dry weather zero humidity. If you stay indoors you'll love it. Sun feels like it's 10 feet burning you alive. Very few insects like mosquitoes and flies. Great place for winter, spring and fall.
