Some are privately owned and some owned by the hotel. If you book through the hotel you have to pay a resort fee.

It’s at the discretion of the owner so you need to check before you book. Ours are open for all of our guests, they just have to sign a hotel waiver at check in.

Yes so good they’ve changed it. If you’re going through air bnb double check with your host as owners can choose to keep them locked but we opened ours for all of our guests. Have a fab stay 👍

If you don’t book through AirBNB there is. Which is why AirBNB is so good as you don’t pay a resort fee the . Trust me, I know, I own the condo.
