Is there a alpha boss that you can capture in the dungeon somewhere? If so, where?

I found him once on that first NP but made the mistake of using an over powering weapon and offed him by accident, now I can't see him to spawn anymore, fortunately for others to know there has been a strange event where they are spawning in the WILD over in the Duneshelter area coordinates are 324,190 near a small lake I was able to capture 4 of them around the same level as the one in the NP.
