Ed Helms turned down a stunt double for the Andy floating around the lake scenes. So that's 100 percent him out there. The funny thing is that scene was incredibly hard to film, so he had to stay in the water for over 45 minutes until they got the right shot, 😅

Jenna Fischer is so good. Doesn't get enough credit, IMO, for how much she helped hold this show together. I mean, the entire cast is obviously great. But she's just so perfect.

Why am I not surprised there are people who get weird about hating Pam? It’s so predictable honestly. And they’re missing out - Pam is great. She’s flawed like anyone else but she feels very real, and I like the genuine development you can feel from her at this point. Pam from s1 or 2 wouldn’t have done what she did in this episode. Also, the Harry Potter jokes are kind of well timed since you’ve been watching the movies lol. These reactions are always fun to watch, looking forward to more.

Can't believe you're almost to the end of season 3! You're flying through these. I love that growth moment for Pam, even if it wasn't the best time or place, it needed to be said! It does suck for Karen, and she should have considered her feelings more in that moment. I do get irrationally annoyed whenever she fails to mention that both Oscar and Michael showed up to her show. 🤣

This was one of the most important episodes in the whole series! It really drives home what Pam said in the last episode about There being a lot of beauty in ordinary things and Life sneaking in and happening when you are doing other things.

Or could it be that he has gotten so used to the sloppy way Michael runs things that he could no longer cope with the environment of a normal business environment? Despite what he said here, he eventually quit and just sat in the bus for most of the trip.

Great Stanley episode. Second time we see Scary Stanley, and it is just as glorious as when Ryan faced it 😂😂 I love Creed, but this was just enough Creed for me. Frankly the fish is pretty low on my list of Creed moments, but he's not the kind of character where "add more!" is often the best recipe. I just remembered one of the best ones is coming up by end of season though - check it out :)

To me she's a normal person who makes normal person level mistakes. In real life I would not want to associate with Angela, Dwight, Michael, Creed (off the top of my head), but they're great in a tv show because everything is just a means to be funny.

When "realistic" characters like Jim and Pam show their flaws, it's frustrating because it's red flag behavior, and also that we probably know somebody that acts like that and we despise, or even we ourselves show tendencies of those behaviors and it becomes an insecurity. In any fashion, Pam specifically would be a very frustrating person to deal with because of her whimsical nature and recklessness in the way she handles things and relationships. *SPOILERS* She stays in a loveless and abusive relationship with Roy while blatantly emotionally cheating with Jim, physically cheats on Roy with Jim when he confesses, rejects her actual interest in Jim afterwards, breaks up with Roy and keeps Jim at bay, immediately becomes jealous of Jim and Karen, eventually gives up on trying to be mature with that situation and spouts her feelings publicly because she's jealous of the attention Karen gets, breaks Jim's will and they get together, then toward the end she tries to make a glorified Pam-Roy situation with Jim by manipulating him to stay in Scranton and the office instead of chasing a 6 figure passion with guaranteed growth. To top it all off, she emotionally cheats on Jim now with Brian because SHE WON'T COMMUNICATE (both are guilty though). Michael is Michael, Dwight is Dwight, Stanley is Stanley, etc, but Jim and Pam are the counterparts for relatability and they are frustrating to watch. Pushovers and simps are among the worst kinds of character flaws to me.
