She was definitely not snubbed. This year's actress category for the Oscars are the most competitive I've seen in a long time. There are only 5 actresses being celebrated in that category and I think they nailed it this year. They just have to give the award to Cynthia Erivo for Wicked and then they would have completed a perfect Oscars process.

Pamela and Jamie Lee deserve nominations and in my opinion should have one yes they were up against tough competition but come on now they just shined they came out of their shells they were real believable people phenomenal film and not that it means anything to anybody but in my mind they won❤

By that logic, Wicked and Emilia Perez certainly didn't earn all the hype they're receiving. The Oscars are a joke, Pamela is as deserving as any other of the nominees. Jamie Lee should have been nominated in the supporting category also.

It really doesn’t matter. She’s fortunate to be getting another chance to make some money. She blew through the 20 million she made at Playboy and Baywatch, because she didn’t manage her money. Hopefully she has learned her lesson and will look after whatever money she’s getting now.

I'm glad she got the awards noms that she did but like you said it's such a packed category this year you need a once in a lifetime performance to win. I agree with you and not interested in seeing Wicked or The Substance. Maybe Emilia Perez but not really compelling to me. Wicked looked dumb and woke, watched clips of The Substance- it was awful and horrifying. The Last Showgirl was so touching, gritty and heartfelt. It deserved more recognition, especially Pamela and Jamie Lee. ❤
