Low impact means no squats or jump squats etc everything that can damage your knees or if you have damaged knees you should NOT do... it does not mean low "intensity" or "easy workout"😁

oh my god this cookbook fell EXACTLY on my two ankles during the penultimate exercise and these are other pains (part of me really died in that moment) I grimaced a lot but stick it out for the last exercise uff. Thanks Pam for my discipline hahaha

I just think about the fat of my thighs ^^' and feel like all the workout I do is pointless since I see no changes on them. They still don't feel muscular
