Not so low impact 😌 but not so hard like bubble butt. Something in between. The hard part was to keep the book between legs because it was slippery 🤣

Dear Pamela, This is NOT low impact my legs have fallen off and escaped to Antarctica. Sincerely, A fan. Edit: It has been brought to my attention that I've misunderstood the meaning of 'low impact', in that case, this workout is DEFINITELY low impact on my floor, can't say the same to my legs tho :D

@@nyambsdeborah8954 nowadays you don't need surgery to change face, hialuronic acid is enough. Check how she looked few yrs ago on face. Of course its not wrong, everything is for ppl. But nobody's perfect. We are all beautiful 😉

I know everyone here is talking about their book falling, Pam’s impact on their life, etc. but tbh I just got really happy when I heard Sweet Child O’ Mine play. I love rock music and was really happy a song like that was playing in the bg even if it sounds more “pop”. Really hope for Pam to release a rock dance workout one day.

Low impact means no squats or jump squats etc everything that can damage your knees or if you have damaged knees you should NOT do... it does not mean low "intensity" or "easy workout"😁

I actually feel a smoother difference in my inner thighs after this workout 🏋️‍♀️ 💯🤣🤣🤣. I find it more effective to replace the book with a pillow 💯. ♥️

My legs were shaking like crazy!! And I could REALLY feel the burn in my inner thigh. Idk if it’s just me but it went by so quickly and I loved it!😍 can’t wait to do it again (I’m probably gonna change my mind when soreness kicks in tomorrow haha)

Ich mag dieses Video viel lieber, als das andere Thigh Workout. Und trotzdem brennt mein linker Oberschenkel grade, während ich hier sitze und Pause mache und nur noch 4 Minuten von diesem Workout fehlen. 😂💪🏻

this is a low impact intense workout that I felt in my abs and glutes the most. i wasn't expecting this. I had to pray through this workout. wow!!!

oh my god this cookbook fell EXACTLY on my two ankles during the penultimate exercise and these are other pains (part of me really died in that moment) I grimaced a lot but stick it out for the last exercise uff. Thanks Pam for my discipline hahaha
