Are your thoughts like hectic birds celebrating a party? Are some worries throwing a big shadow on your positive mind? Or do you just want to get into a relaxed Zen Mode? In any of those cases.. this video is for youuuuu :)

Dear Pam, people are really grateful to you because what you do is so good for their health and beauty! Indeed, your exercises are so well designed, and are so diverse and suitable for all kinds of people, and your videos are so enjoyable as a background and as a choice of music, with interesting exercises and aren't too burdensome, and they're even invigorating! They give me a positive energy, a good mood and are so tonic! You are also always so beautiful and sweet and in such perfect shape and you always make us happy with new and new ideas! Personally, I have attended yoga and zumba exercises for a long time, but I have very rarely had such well-done intensive and effective workouts as yours! I have been waiting for Pam to post this stretch in weeks and I think we've all been needing a slow and easy stretch, as intense, dynamic stretches can be a little demotivating (if you are In the mood to have an actual rest day)

I have been stressed out for 2 days because of personal issues, and I even could not sleep properly due to the nightmares and high heart rate. However, I feel like I touch the heaven now. Thank you ! Every now and then we all need something slow and easy. Now, during the winter time, a little bit before Christmas we all feel sometimes lazy to workout or not even in the mood to workout, simply because of the cold weather. But that's totally gine and okay. Nothing to worry about. We all have been through this don't worry everyone you ate doing and amazing job

You deserve the biggest thank you for this one Pam. I absolutely love it. I do it after your workouts and it helps me a lot. I have problems with my mental health and i working out with you always helped me. Even though after the workouts I almost fell asleep during the last relax, I feel much better. It definitely clears my head from all the problems and makes me love myself more. Thank you so much!
