Hannah Welsby i started on june 2018. I worked out EVERY day till September 2018, training with 2 to 8 videos of Pam (depending on the time) now i stopped and i train only once or twice a week, because the others day i play volleyball. This helped me so much to have those sixpacks, but only the upper part (I'm sure it's because i should have put myself in a calorie deficit) I started dying with one single video. Now i do 8 videos one by one on a chair, because staying on the floor it's too easy. You will see a change, but only with time and the will of waiting💖

UPDATES: i am going to do this workout every 5-7 days for idk how long but a long time!!! ill be updating everyday. day 1: just finished it, couldnt give it my all because my arms are sooo weak especially while doing the side planks. lol this was so hard. day 2: ok so i think today was a little easier?? im not sure if thats because i knew what to expect though. i still had to modify some of the exercises because i just dont have the core strength. so far i dont see any difference (obviously) but yeah. day 3: (skipped) (i only work out 5 days a week) day 4: (skipped) day 5: not getting easier...... day 6: still not easy im so bad at balancing lol day 7: it burnt a little less but im still so bad at balancing... but i actually think that my lower back and waist is looking a bit tighter!!! day 8: it was a little easier today!! i could hold myself up with the side planks way easier so i've definitely gained strength!!! i definitely am looking way more toned on my back and obliques day 9: it actually is a bit easier now. still so hard tho. at the start it was literally so hard i couldnt breathe doing the side planks lol but i can hold them until the end now!!! i still cant balance on some of the side plank ones tho day 10: omg!!! ok so ive noticed not just a big difference in my lower back etc but my obliques!! holy crap!! i can actually for once see those two lines either side of your belly button. whenever i do ab workouts i usually only see definition at the top but ... omg... im actually shook lol day 11: im so sore so i really didnt wanna do this today but i pulled through day 12: i actually can see a difference !! my waist hasnt really gotten smaller but i have some definition when i turn to the side along my back as well. i have gotten a lot stronger, at the start when i was doing the side planks i had to put both hands on the ground but now i only have to use one!!! also russian twists have gotten way easier and also the other exercises. day 13: def easier, i dont literally feel like screaming and crying doing the side planks lol. but its still so hard. day 14: its still so hard!!! but!!! when i turn to the side i have a huge line of definition running from the side of my back to my waist omg!! OMGG I JUST MEASURED MY WAIST AND ITS GONE DOWN HALF AN INCH. IT WAS ORIGINALLY 25 AND NOW ITS 24!!! day 15: the 11 line in my abs is actually coming out so much, this is crazy. also its become easier. my arms doing really get that tired doing the side planks anymore. update: 9 months later and im still doing this workout every few days. i find it super easy now! update 3 years later i still incorporate it into my routine. it definitely works

UPDATES: i am going do this workout everyday for idk how long. Pls like this to show me you're interested in seeing the results. START: Height: 5'3 (160cm) weight: 102 lbs (46/47 kg) waist: 24,5 inches First days: it is sooo hard especially the planks because i have pretty weak arms. I am super sore today but it feels great. I do not need breaks because I'm pretty fit Week 1: no big changes (obv) but i feel less bloated and fitter. Love this workout Week 2: same as week 1 but is is getting easier. My stomach is a little bit flatter Week 3: it is getting way easier. I combine this workout with the alexis ren ab workout. I love this match😍 in addition i've lost almost an inch off of my waist: 60 cm(23,6 inches) rn and i am less bloated😘 if there is good light you can see my abs Almost 1 month🎊 firstly thank you so much for all your likes! My waist is 59,5 cm now ( 23,4 inches). I will definitely go on with this workout and i am going to keep you updated (at least once a week) in addition, you can definitely see that my waist has shrunk and i have kind of an hourglass shape... going to update you in a few days, for any questions, feel free to comment❤ 1 month: i am sick so I won't be able to do the workout:( it is frustrating because working out is becoming a routine and skipping it, feels not good

I started my fitness journey the beginning of this year, meaning I started taking supplements , eating clean, and exercising every day. I do 30 mins at least of yoga and then a Pam video. So I’m almost 4 months in and I can totally tell a difference in my body. I have abs, a booty, and toned arms and legs. Just stay motivated!! Hard work pays off!!

annika maxey week at that point in time I was using scorch from mansports. I saw great results, I used it every time I worked out. Helped me sweet but didn’t make me jittery or sick feeling plus it tastes good. I was using BCAAS but I got to where I felt like that wasn’t really crucial to have.

Thanks Pamela alot. This workout definitely makes my core stronger day by day. I’ve followed this one for more than 1 month (From Jan 2 till now Feb 11) and I can see a lot of changes from my inner strength to my appearance (esp my visible abs). I still remember last month when I did this workout, I needed 5 breaks in total (I needed to take a break after 3-4 exercises) but now I just need 1 break after doing side plank bike on both side ‘cuz it’s still an obstacle 🤣. Your videos always give me hard time Palm, but I love challenges 😉 Update: March 25, I don’t take any rest. I’m so proud of myself

UPDATES // I’m doing this every day for 14 days day 1 : I’ve been following Pam for a while and have done lots of her ab workouts but this was so much harder! I struggled so much with the side planks because I couldn’t keep my balance but I could feel the burn in my arms. I’m gonna try again tomorrow. day 2 : It was a tiny bit easier? I still struggle with the side planks though. day 3 : I feel like today was harder than the other days for some reason. I’m gonna keep practicing the side planks. day 4: Today I also did Pam’s beginner ab workout. It was really tiring but I pushed through. Also I noticed I was able to hold the side planks longer but I still can’t hold them for the entire time. day 5 : Today I wanted a challenge so I did this as well as a 30 min intense ab workout. It was really hard but I pushed through. day 6 : I’m still a bit sore from yesterday but I noticed my stomach is a lot more toned and my love handles are smaller. day 7 : Ok but this like isn’t getting easier. day 8 : This workout is still really hard lol day 9 : Today was a little easier. I can hold the side planks for longer now. day 10 : Today was so much easier! I can almost hold the side planks for the whole time and my love handles are even smaller! day 11 : I remember when I first did this workout it was so hard! I can hold the side planks for the whole time and I’m seeing results! day 12 : Same as yesterday. day 13 : I looking way more toned at my lower back and OMG I HAVE THE TWO LINES AT EITHER SIDE OF MY ABS day 14 : This workout has amazing results, def recommenced Feel free to ask questions I’ll be answering all💕 Note: I incorporated cardio such as going for runs and I did this along with other ab workouts. This makes it much more effective.

surbhi gupta Unfortunately no, this workout isn’t supposed to target arms. If it is hard on your arms with the planks then just lift your hip higher to target the core. Good luck hope this workout works for you too💞

Since we are all home now how about some abs? Two days ago I did an abs workout of her and went running and today I saw some tiny tiny result of that (also lately been eating cleaner). That motivated me to do more because I know I can. Today I'm doing this workout and I'll go running again. Since the beginning of the year I've lost 4,5kg just with exercising and especially eating cleaner but lately I stopped so I want to start again and get to my goal of 63kg. I've started with 73 and I am right now at 68,5. Wish me luck

I have been doing this workout for two weeks everyday, and have gotten so much stronger! It’s an amazing workout. The side planks are super hard but eventually it get’s better. I love Pamela’s workouts! Always a challenge

I have been doing this workout for 1 week now and I can already see some results. In fact, I mix this workout with other workout (as Chloe ting challenge or tibo inshape challenge). I try to workout 30min/1h per day. My abs are harder, I have a smaller muffin waist. Keep going guys !

You can see a few glitches while shes doing the side plank pull on the right.....i think sometimes the video is fixed to make it look like shes doing it the whole time or maybe she slips during so she has to cut that part out...

Half a year ago, I started following workouts on KZbin. I tried to complete the beginner abs video, but I was too weak, so I decided to start with doing Chloe Ting workouts because I found them a little bit easier because of the variation of exercises she has. I really gained lots of strength and confidence, so I decided to do this workout today and I really wasn't that bad. I'm actually kinda proud of myself. I used to be ashamed of not being able to complete a workout or needing lots of food to stay energized. That's bullshit. Of course you struggle at first. Of course you'll need more calories to maintain your weight. I really tried to not stress myself, and it worked. Sure, I was consistent. I didn't miss a lot of workouts. But it's important to be patient with yourself, because you are doing it for yourself.

Update: Sorry my resolution was to be less on my phone so I forgot but here it is: Day 1: I didn’t complete the excersices completely, because I wanted to watch what I had to do next but those legg pull plank excersices where hard tho! Day 2: I promised myself to also do the booty workout after this one. And it was hard. With this video I fell a few times with the side plank lol. Day 3: it went so much beter then day one and two. I really see progess!

I got scared when I checked how much weight I dropped. At first I was scared to check how much I weighed as I would eat a lot of junkfood but it seems that my 3 times a week of workout following pamela's workout really paid off. Although the pain is something I would not wish upon anyone 🤣

I was looking for new muffin top work outs because I was sick of the workouts I did before because there were so many plank exercises. I click into this workout and I see side crunches so I start happily but she had me real good in the next exercises.... ;( then in the middle of the workout I realised that I won't get rid of my muffin top of I don't plank so instead of quitting I went extra hard

Everyone struggling with the side plank variations and trying to maintain a form as perfect as Pamela's, remember to not go too hard on yourself. It takes a LOT of practice and strength to get to her level. Concentrate on your breathing, engaging your core and trying to improve your form first even if you can't hold it as long. Just don't feel disheartened and give up, it may seem difficult at first but it does get easier!

For anyone struggling with doing or maintaining side plank for 1.5 minutes, here are some modifications: 1) Side plank on knees. Plank on your knees instead of feet and bend your knees back 90°. 2) Side plank with one knee bent (the one closer to the ground) and one fully extended. 3) Side plank supported by both arms. Place your free hand on the yoga mat next to your other arm. This offers the other arm some support. 4) Elevated side plank. Get a sturdy bench/chair or elevated surface and put your arm on that instead of at ground-level. This isn't exactly a progression sequence, but hopefully at least one of these helps as you build up your arm and oblique strength to get to side plank and/or maintain the position for longer. Some modifications will work better than others for certain exercises so adjust as needed. Also make sure you raise your hips high during the exercise as that will help work the side abs more than the arms.

I'm curious about the '1 like = 1 day' challenge that some people have attempted below - are they still doing it?! I personally don't enjoy home workouts as the struggle is real on your own. But the '1 like = 1 day' is intriguing!
