Whenever I meet people who workout with my videos & ask them which one they like most they ALWAYS say: "your Sixpack Workout!".
After 1.5 years it might be time for a new one then haha!
MY OPINION: burns even more, makes me sweat more and gives me such a good feeling in my abs! Maybe it's also because I'm not as "used" to this exercise combination yet. In any way: you should definitely give it a try :)

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you're used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed :) If you need a break tho - take it! Just don't quit!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your muscles in another way: check out my Good Morning Workout, 20min Booty Workout, Sexy Arm Trainings or the Calorie Burn Session!

@@naomicampbell6778 Actually it felt like a relief to me, but I made sure I was doing everything right. I guess it's just different to everyone. It often feels easier when I do exercises that require movement, like bicycle crunch, instead of for example ab hold, where you just lie still.

Support your head with your hands so you don't feel pain in your neck. Also focus on ab muscles because if your neck hurts that meand that you're using wrong muscles

I have been doing it for 1 month and now I’ve got ABS! Before I started doing this I had a bit of belly fat, but now it’s gone! I’m so proud of myself. I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks now and it's my favorite ab workout ever! I literally wake up and crave this workout because it's the only workout that actually helps me wake up with a flatter, tighter stomach the next day. I've already lost an inch off my waist but I'm going to do this workout for a month and see what results I get.

@@acoldday5473 no dw its all plan from the workout,trust me I have pain everywhere but its beacuse my bones and muscles are getting stronger and stronger,its better if you continue to do the workouts,the pains gonna go alot faster if you do them instead if u give up it will take 1-2 weeks for your neck to not hurt anymore

Leave a like so I can keep updating! Day 1: Very difficult, no difference obviously. Day 2: Exercise was a lot easier, was able to take less breaks, no change in stomach. Day 3: Exercise was so much easier! Only took 1 break this time! Slight ab definition but overall no changes. Day 4: Only needed one break 6 minutes in to the video! Starting to develop a line down my stomach. Not much though. Day 5: No breaks!!! Starting to develop some abs down the sides but no abs yet. Day 6: Starting to develop some abs! Stomach is becoming a tiny bit flatter. Day 7: Same as day 6 Day 8: Stomach got quite a bit flatter, and abs are slowly coming in! Day 9: Same as day 8 Dag 10: The line going down my stomach became a lot more toned then before and stomach became a tiny bit flatter. Day 11: Stomach got a tiny bit flatter and I am getting some abs on the sides.

Doing this workout from today! 03/11/23 Measurements: Waist: 31.5 inch Hips: 37 DAY 1: ✅ It was okay had to modify the workouts so I could do it more easily (like folding the leg a bit and all that) Completed the whole workout without any big breaks. DAY 2: ✅ I'm in Spain without the S. DAY 3: ✅ 'I forgot to breathe indeed' 😃 DAY 4: ✅ My belly still hurts from doing the workout for the first day DAY 5: ❌ Skipped today DAY 6: ✅ Was easier today probably because my tummy is not hurting anymore DAY 7: ✅ Well this was phenomenal. Measurements: Waist: 29.5 inch Hip: 36 inch It's actually pretty good results considering i wasn't doing with all proper form so.. Definitely do it!

trying to do this for a month! day 1: omg this was the hardest thing ive EVER done… but i got through it and so can you! i took ALOT of breaks 😭😭 day 2: finished today! my whole body was so sore from yesterdays workout 😢😢 its getting easier slowlyby slowly but i cant do the holding one 😅😅 day 3: i did it with a couple of friends and i noticed that i didnt take as many breaks! my arms are sore cause of my arm workout lol 😭 im noticing a little bit of a flatter belly! day 4:i am back everyone!!! feeling so much better, was definitely hard but if i got it you do too! day 5:my core hurts from yesterday 😅😅 i took some breaks but i did the plank sm better day 6: did it with my friend and it was sm easier, i definitely see it coming. day 7: oh my god i finally did the hold for 30 seconds. i can forsure see my abs coming in slowly! day 8: skipped two days but im back, do this consistently because taking a break makes u feel like ur so much more tired 😭😭 i really do see progress! 😂 day 9: i am one hundred percent seeing progress, im the type to gain muscle easily so this is going well! day 10:i do everything with no breaks other hold 😭😭 day11: i’m back!! i’ve gained a bit of weight from eating and not working out, i started doing this again and lost 1 kg in 2 days!! i’ve been dieting and doing other work outs as well day12: day13: updating everyday! like the comment so i remember 😭😭

Guys, please stop with this nonsense! It's really counterproductive and not good for you if you train the same group of muscles with these workouts every single day! Definitely do something different in between, cardio, legs, whatever.

( I just need 1 person to like everyday so I don't forget lmao) day 1: no results, workout was challenging day 2: did the workout 2 times. no results day 3: VERY SORE but im not as bloated anymore day 4: skipped cause it was a Saturday :) day 5: no big changes but workout got easier. day 6: Abs are slowly coming in and stomach got so much flatter! day 7: No big changes day 8: Did the workout twice again and it was getting easier day 9: No big changes day 10: you can see ab outlines much clearer than before(still faint tho) and my waist got so tiny WOAH day 11: Break day :) day 12: No big changes day 13: You can really see the ab outlines than before day 14: YAYYY okay well I wouldn't say I have abs abs but you can see slight outlines. But overall, my stomach got so much flatter, and im not bloated anymore! GUYS IF YOU REALLY WANT ABS THIS VIDEO IS NOT ENOUGH!! YOU NEED TO DO MORE WORKOUTS WITH THIS ONE!) (I do this workout and Chloe's ab workout, and I finish it off with a cardio workout! thats why I saw my results a lot faster!)

It has been a month since I have been doing this workout and have lost 0.8kg. Fat percentage has reduced by 6.1% and fat mass by 4.2kg as I have gained muscle too. It definitely works. It is a 10 min workout but I take around 15 mins to complete it as I really focus on the moves and can't do that without taking any rest yet. Plus I also do a 10 min strength training along with it . I have gone from being obese and not being able to take a two storeyed stair ..to being overweight and going up and down those same stairs atleast 5 times a day without being tired at all.(I know this is not a lot for some people but it is a lot for me.) I have noticed that my endurance and strength have gone up and I have definitely become stronger. I still have a lot of work to do but I am just so happy. Thank you Pamela for this wonderful workout. And for all those who are starting their fitness journey...please do it. Any type of movement is better than not moving at all. All of us can take out 10 mins a days for ourselves and we owe that to us. Happy fitness journey to us :)

I‘ll do that for 30 days and update every day Day 1: 👍🏻 I was sweating afterwards but I can feel the burn and it feels good. The part of oblique crunch I couldn‘t do that well. It was very difficult Day 2: 👍🏻 I still have aching muscles from yesterday. So when I started I felt the pain already. But it felt good. So I made it with just one break (of 15 seconds). I‘m really proud of myself. Of course I can‘t see any changes but I feel the burn and will continue. Day 3: 👍🏻 I did also 1 short break about 10-15 seconds. It really ‚hurts‘ but its a good aching. I feel sporty and motivated. And I think that the workout got a bit easier. I will definitely continue! Day 4: 👍🏻 I think that I can do the exercises way better than at Day 1. I’m so proud of myself and hope I can see results soon. Day 5: 😌 so, once a week I don‘t have time at all. What that actually means: once per week I skip. But it‘s okay. The body needs rest too. 6/7 days I work out. Then it‘s time for a break :) Day 6: 👍🏻 Today I think it was harder than day 3. But I did it, that‘s the only thing that matters. I still feel motivated. I don‘t see results so far. But I feel healthier even though I just changed my mindset and worked out 5 days. Day 7: 😔 I feel guilty although I just didn’t have time. Day 8: 👍🏻 I did it in the morning. Working out in the morning is easier for me. Right after I do it I feel awake. When I do it in the evening I’m already tired. I’ve never felt that sporty before. It wasn’t that hard to do today. Day 9: 👍🏻 I was so motivated today. I was really surprised by myself. I wanted to breath correctly and did it. Maybe that’s why it was easier. And I tried to do every exercise correctly. I feel much stronger! Try it by yourself. Day 10: 👍🏻 I feel sooo beautiful. I’m not kidding. I think it’s positive but I’m not sure: I didn’t have aching muscles since day 3. But I’m doing those exercises way better (the performance). Day 11: 👍🏻 I really can feel how it gets easier and easier. I know I say it everyday. But I‘m so fuc*ing surprised. The only thing I can’t do well is the starfish crunch. I don‘t know why but I have to focus on them better:) Day 12: 😌 it‘s Wednesday again Day 13: 👍🏻 I was sooo tired today. But I did it. I feel so freaking good. Unfortunately I can’t see big results yet. But I’ll do it till the end. Even though I hope I keep doing it after those 30 days. I wish I can see some difference soon. Day 14: 👍🏻 I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks now. So I once skipped, but that’s okay. I’m proud of myself even if I wouldn’t see any results in the end. So when those 30 days are over, I want to do it another 30 days. But in combination with a second workout. A leg and /or booty workout. Day 15: 👍🏻 I’m not sure but I think I can see a change. So there are 2 lines. One on the right side the other in the left side. Not extremely visible. Just a bit. But in one week it could be better. Day 16: 👍🏻 okay wow! I felt like I have to throw up. No, not bc of this workout. I just felt uncomfortable the whole day. I was about to quit but I did it. I’m proud :) Day 17: 👍🏻 I can’t believe it. I did the whole workout without a break. It was truly okay. I felt the burn more but it’s time-saving. Day 18: 👍🏻 guess what! I did it another time without a break :) and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be (at day 1 I nearly died!). Day 19: 😌 - you know Day 20: 👍🏻 there’s not much to say. I did it without a break. Now 2/3 are over. But I want to continue after 3/3 :) Day 21: 👍🏻I was 20 minutes on the bicycle (gym) and ‘drove’ 8.6 km. I couldn’t walk afterwards. In the evening I did 2/3 of the workout, bc I was in a hurry. Day 22: 😔 I spent the night in an other house with lots of kids. I slept 2.5h. At 06.30 am I had to get up. At 06.00 pm I was at home and was soo tired. Day 23: 👍🏻 did it without a break. Starfish crunch is still a difficulty Day 24: 👍🏻 I caught a cold and it wasn‘t easy today. I had to make a break but it was necessary. Day 25: 😔 I’m ill. Day 26: 😌 rest - you know Day 27: 👍🏻 I don’t feel that ill anymore, but I still do have a cold. I did it without a break. Day 28: 👍🏻 Did it without a break Day 29: 👍🏻 did it! Day 30: 😔 Didn‘t do it Day 31: 👍🏻 the challenge is done but I will continue another month. I can see some results. So my stomach got flatter and I see muscles but not that much as I want it. But the workout helps and 6 out of 7 days is okay, I do deserve a rest day. But I want to avoid quitting other days. Day 32: 👍🏻 did it Day 33: 😌- you know Day 34: 👍🏻 it gets easier and easier. And I can do those exercises more precisely Day 35: 😔 Day 36: 👍🏻 so as I am doing this workout I‘m doing a leg and butt workout as well. Day 37: 👍🏻 did both Day 38: 👍🏻 did both Day 39: 👍🏻 It has never been that easy before. Woww. Did both Day 40: 😌 Wednesday Day 41: 👍🏻 did it both. I can see results and I feel much more confident. And my belly feels ‘stronger’. Day 42: 😔 didn’t have time Day 43: 👍🏻 did it both Day 44: 😔 I suffered from headache Day 45: 👍🏻 did it both. It never felt this easy. And I literally ‘smoothed’ through this workout today :) I’m so proud of myself! Day 46: 😔 I‘m soo busy at the moment and I hate myself that I have to skip those workouts so often recently. Day 47: 😌 Wednesday Day 48: 👍🏻 I did only the butt workout Day 49: 👍🏻 Did it both after a long time Day 50: 👍🏻 Did it both. I’ ve done it for 50 days wow! That’s so unrealistic. Day 51: 👍🏻 Did it both. Did the butt workout the first time with resistant bands. It becomes so much easier. And I really see results. I can see those lines even more. I’m so proud :). But I can’t skip it that often anymore Day 52: 👍🏻 did it both. The booty with resistant bands again Day 53: 😔 christmas eve Day 54: 👍🏻 Although its Wednesday I did both. Day 55: 👍🏻 Did both. And both without the video. I listened to other music because I can’t hear these songs anymore, it’s nasty. And I know the workout by heart. Day 56: 😔 didn‘t do it Day 57: 👍🏻 Did it Day 58: 😔 didn‘t do it Day 59: 👍🏻I was skiing so I did enough sports for today Day 60: 👍🏻 did it Day 61: 👍🏻 did it and its wednesday Day 62: 😔 didn’t do it but its okay bc I did it yesterday Day 63 : 👍🏻 did it Day 64: 👍🏻 did it Day 65: 👍🏻 did it. Idk but I’m soo motivated recently🤷🏼‍♀️ It gets so easy no joke! And its fun too! I can’t see ‘more’ muscles but I feel good. Day 66: 👍🏻 Day 67: 👍🏻 Day 68: 😌 Wednesday Day 69: 👍🏻 Day 70: 👍🏻 Did it with 2 friends and we had to do a break and I did it much better. Just to show you guys that there’s a difference between the beginning and now Day 71: 👍🏻 Day 72: 👍🏻 Day 73: 👍🏻 It’s so easy now! Day 74: 👍🏻 Day 75: 😌 Wednesday Day 76: 👍🏻 Day 77: 👍🏻 Day 78: 👍🏻 okay little change. As you might have read in the comments someone said I have to do other workouts as well. And as you know as well I’ve been doing a leg/ butt workout. BUT now I created a ‘Plan’. So what does that mean? Okay I’ll tell you guys. There are 4 workouts : 1. Abs , 2. Leg/butt , 3. Arms , 4. Full body sweat (every workout is from pamela oc). Every day I’m doing 20-30 minutes (depends on my plan). But 5 times abs, 4 times butt/leg, 3 times arms and 3 times full body per week. I hope you can understand what I mean. So in fact when you can see a thumb up it’s not especially the ab workout (even though I just do it one time less than before). I hope I can see other results as well :) Day 79: 👍🏻 Day 80: 👍🏻 what the heck I’m doing it for 80 days. I’m so fu*king proud of myself! You can’t even imagine how that feels :) Day 81: 👍🏻 Day 82: 😌 Wednesday Day 83: 👍🏻 Day 84: 😔 Didn’t have time Day 85: 👍🏻 wasn’t a workout but I was skiing the whole day. Day 86: 👍🏻 Day 87: 👍🏻 Guys I’m so sorry! After 87 days I went skiing for a week and after that I didn’t update you guys. Honestly I stopped. I did a few full body dance workouts (if you want I can share some yt videos). I did notice changes but after almost 3 months doing the same videos I got tired. Buuut: I do the chloe ting 2 weeks shred workout and I’m on day 10. I really feel changes. I can update about that after the 14 days if you still want to know what I’m doing. (like so i remember to edit) day 1: obviously no results day 2: no results day 3: not bloated anymore day 4: no ab definition but stomach is getting a tiny bit flatter day 5: same as day 4 day 6: waist is getting smaller and starting to get ab definition day 7: same as day 6 day 8: bloated today and took a break day day 9: abs are slowly coming in!! day 10: same as day 9 day 11: same SO SORRY!!! i forgot abt this comment but i continued the workout for 2 more weeks (3 1/2 weeks total) and took a couple rest days and i definitely see a difference!!! i don’t have a full 6 pack but i’m way more toned then before! extra info: i didn’t diet, i did her booty workout along with this one, i didn’t play any sports atm, and i didn’t have much bloating while i did this

I have seen some people posting abt their progress on here so just thought I would share mine. I’m on day 10 today and you guys - it has gotten so much easier!! It’s definitely worth sticking to! Once I got to day 8 I was finally able to hold the hold before the plank without any break or support from my arms and feel super proud! I will start doing daily updates now bc it kinda feels like a little journal and diary and I’m excited to share my experience. Other than it feeling easier I have noticed definition and can now feel my abs when I feel my stomach! I do still have a slight layer of fat on my stomach but I have also lost some. Once I get rid of that layer I won’t only have useable abs but also visible abs! Another thing, - ik I’m rambling - I started doing this daily because I wanted to feel most confident in my body during my upcoming spring break trip to Florida but recently I have fallen into a habit and it actually bring me joy to do it. You got this, keep pushing! Share your progress too below!! Day 11: still difficult to extend legs all the way down when doing exercises like leg lift or jack knives. Overall still doing good and sticking with it! Day 12: much easier just had trouble getting myself to do it Day 13: almost two weeks! Going strong Day 14/15: missed yesterday(14) bc of a bday party so maybe it up today(15) - you’d be surprised at how missing one day would make it so much more difficult - still going tho! Day 16: 👍 Day 17/18/19: so sorry I haven’t been updating.. had to skip day 17 bc of choir concert and LOTS of homework but managed to pull though 18 and 19. Idk if I’m going to do it over vacation but will you you posted if I do!

I have a tip, It's a bit easier if you close your eyes or not look at her doing it because her fast pace makes me feel like I need to keep up, making me more tired. Doing it at your own pace without the added stress of how fast she's going helps!

Starting this workout again 1/16/24! PSA please rest if your body needs it!! Take breaks, it’s healthy. This girl works out for a living and no breaks probably pushes her. As for normal people that don’t work out everyday, breaks are needed and necessary so don’t feel bad💛 you’re doing amazing don’t give up

Try to do it in your oen pace and try to concentrate on your self not on her. She is a professional, some of us are more like beginners. Do it in your own pace and slow, after some days you will realize that it gets easier and easier and you'll be able to make the exercices faster💪🏻🔥🔥🔥:3. Well that's how I did it 🔥🔥but u got this💪🏻🔥🔥🔥

Doing this as my New Years Resolution, and need to stay accountable with something! Day 1 ✅ It felt good to finally be active, but when I woke up I was in absolute pain. It definitely has helped my bloating overnight, but I can’t contribute all of that to the exercise because I’ve been eating cleaner recently. Day 2 ✅ My stomach was in so much pain today exercising. Thankfully it was the good kind of pain though! I’ve also started her 10 minute booty burn as well! Day 3 ✅ Pain is all I feel while exercising. At least it feels good! My stomach is looking a bit more defined, and I’m not craving sugar as much! Day 4 ✅ My stamina is building up! I’m not in pain today, but it was definitely a good workout. I’m still sweating a lot and my heart is pounding! My stomach is looking a little different everyday, but I haven’t noticed any drastic changes yet! I feel stronger today as well. Day 5 ✅ Feeling good! I’ve noticed that after working out I’m getting horizontal red lines around my abs which is a good sign! No difference today, except for feeling better and more energized! Day 6 ✅ Surprisingly easy today! I’ve decided that I need to move at a faster pace tomorrow in order to keep my heart rate up. There is now a small vertical line going down about to my belly button along my abs, so that is great news! Day 7 ✅ No changes today! Day 8 ✅ Didn’t have time to exercise today, because I had to prep for an audition today and warmup. I’ll update sometime soon with a weight check in and let you know where I’m at! Overall making better decisions eating wise, and not liking the taste of artificial sugar anymore after not having it for a straight week! Day 9 ✅ My legs are in sooo much pain from my dance audition yesterday, but I pushed through the workout. My obliques are starting to look more defined, and after skipping one day of this exercise I found myself still able to keep up with the stamina I usually give it! Days 10-11 ✅ So these days was really hard for me. I’m VERY sore from my dance audition so I only could do the exercise one day, because I was crying in pain when I started the next day. As promised, my weight is still the same. But I feel great at where I’m at right now! My face is a lot slimmer, and my stomach has some minor changes that are noticeable in person but hard to describe! Also, Day 11 was my first cheat day, and honestly I wish I hadn’t done it. I didn’t like what I was eating health wise, or taste wise. The sugar just didn’t taste good to me, but I ate so much of it anyways! Tomorrow will be better! Day 12 ✅ Feeling good! Day 13 ✅ No change! Day 14 ✅ All done with today! I’ll update weight tomorrow if I remember, it’s exam week right now, so I might not remember! Day 15 ✅ Good news! I went from 160 to 158 in about two weeks! I’m feeling good, but I think it’s time i amp up this workout by doing others along with it to do full body. In one month I want to lose 10 pounds by doing this workout and the elliptical everyday. I’ll keep updating! Day 16 ✅ Wow! This really hurt today in the best way possible! I woke up today and my abs were looking the best they have ever looked! It usually doesn’t hurt this much, but I guess since I started doing whole body it’s really working now! Day 17 ✅ Feeling good! No update! Day 18 ✅ HOLY COW!! I stepped on the scale today and it shows 156-154! (My weight doesn’t give the exact number) Wow! I am just amazed! I’m feeling really good, and my stomach is really getting flat now! Can’t wait for more definition to show up, and will continue updating. Day 19 ✅ I’m waking up this morning just really proud! I look in the mirror and I see sooo much progress! It makes me wonder how my day 30 stomach will look. Seriously, if you haven’t started this workout and eating right yet, do it!! I strongly urge you to! I’m the happiest I ever have been with my body, though I still have a ways to go to get to 130 pounds. Day 20 ✅ Whew! It kinda hurt today in the best way. I think it’s because of the extra workouts I’m now incorporating which is: Pamela’s 10 minute Booty Burn, and 7 minutes on the elliptical. Day 21-24 ✅ No update! I’ll check in with weight on the 30th, but it’s probably going to be higher based on that time of the month occurring rn. Day 25 ✅ I looked in the mirror and I feel so accomplished! It’s not the flattest stomach, but now it aligns with my body with little fat at the lower abs! Can’t wait for day 30! Day 26 ✅ No update! Except today I had a special event to go to and ate way too much of the wrong things (not by choice).It was my first cheat day, which I won’t be doing again, and I feel disgusting. Day 27 ✅ Ugh. I feel so bloated and nasty today after yesterday. I’ll be working extra hard these next couple of days to get off the weight before weigh in day. Day 28 ✅ Feeling better today, and my stomach looks like it’s getting back to flat and stopping the bloating! Day 29 ✅ Honestly I’m pretty nervous for the weigh in tomorrow... I still feel like eating all of that on my cheat day was not a good idea, and it’s impacted my stomach a good amount. Though it’s flatter, it’s not what it used to be. No update other than this today! Day 30 👏🏻✅ Final weight: 155-154 I’m very proud of myself to be able to lose 5 pounds in one month! That’s over a pound a week, and I feel now it’s time to move on to another workout. I really like this ab workout so I’ll probably still include it in my daily routine, but it’s time to amp up my workouts! Thanks to the 6 people who cared! It’s been fun and very rewarding for me, and I hope someone got something from this! I still plan on updating every 2 weeks with where I am in my weight loss journey for those 6 people who care! See you in two weeks! UPDATES! Feb.13 (Here is the 2 weeks update as promised!) Wow! Thank you all so much for your support through this it means oh so much to me! Currently I now weigh in at 150 pounds! I am so proud of my progress to this point, and I still continue this workout daily but do each rep for 1 minute. If anyone has any questions related, please let me know! I’d be happy to answer! I’ll check back in in another two weeks! March 1. My current weight is still at 150 pounds.... I really want to lose more but I’m afraid that I have hit a plateau in my weight loss. Also, I haven’t been as good as I should be regarding my diet because of that time of the month making me all of a sudden crave everything I see, and just a lot of little bits of stress eating. This month my goal is to not eat any added sugar. This is going to be soooo difficult for me, because of my sweet tooth and my family always somehow manages to have sugar in the house. Thanks for sticking with me, and in two weeks I hope to lose 5 more pounds! I still do this workout everyday for one minute, and 14 minutes on the elliptical. March 15. Still at 150 pounds! I’m not disappointed in myself, I just know I can do better. In response to if I have 6 pack ab lines, no I do not! My stomach is getting pretty flat though, and my waist and core are super tight! There is a growing deep line developing all the way down my stomach to my belly button though! I’m not giving up on reaching 130 pounds, and I’m going to hit it harder than ever before to at least get these 5 pounds off in the next two weeks! Thanks for your continued support through this! I’ll update in 2 more weeks! April 2. So I’ve realized that I’ve hit my set point, and my weight won’t fluctuate for another couple of months, so I guess I’ll just update you all when I hit my goal weight!! I’m still at 150 for the record! Thank you all for following my journey, and it’s not over! I’m so excited to see what I can accomplish in this first half of the year, and can’t wait to update! See you soon and hopefully at 130! :)

My progress so far: Day one: ✅ my next was hurting SOO bad and the next day my stomach was really sore but I’m still going!! Day 2: ✅ my stomach was hurting after and my legs but not as much as yesterday. Day 3: ✅ the exercises are not as bad but my leg hurts. my neck doesn’t hurt anymore. Also, I see verryyy faint abs if I look in the mirror!! I’m not giving up!! Day 4: ✅ I can now do sit ups more easily and my stomach is a lot more tighter and firm!! I had to take a few breaks but now my body is not sore after this!! Day 5: ✅ Comment/like so I can remember to update!!

READ THIS: Unless you're a pro, please take breaks. The goal here is to do these workouts while holding the correct form. The form is the most important thing here. If y'all continue it for 10 mins its never gonna be the same cos a little break really enhances the performance I swear. Also, please take notes on where to hold your breath and where to breath that too matters a lot. Also keep in mind that we targeting the abs here so that's where yo tention should be

doing this for 2 weeks with no diet (i will be going on walks daily and eating more protein/less sugar - like to remind me 😘) starting: didn't measure but i have a naturally pretty small stomach and waist and a sorta defined ab line day 1: ✅pretty difficult but i did it with no brakes. I swear my abs were on fire 🔥😅 day 2:✅ seemed a little easier but still difficult. how did she stay so gorgeous the whole time i- obviously no results but my stomach definitely feels much tighter. day 3:✅started seeing small results! my ab line is more defined and my waist is smaller. still feels like its getting easier. 11 days left! 💪🔥 day 4:❌took a break mostly because i came home late and didnt have time and i needed it day 5:✅still intense but my core feels stronger and everyday it gets easier. day 6: day 7: day 8: day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14: results:

@@klausmikaelsonsandbarryall2694 nah id say 5/6 times a week, but im pretty strict on that. I did 5-6 times a week for about 3 months and then went down to 5 a week. still doing it now! id recommend after the first month or two, or when you get used to it and its not so hard anymore to have a week off- when you start again you really feel it the next day and its way more rewarding
