@Paul Stetser Thanks for watching! To answer your question, I honestly can't say there's one Korean fast food place that I really enjoyed thoroughly. Maybe Sadie's BBQ Inn. I did enjoy Soon's charcoal flavor on the meat though. I find the foods all too sweet and "Americanized" for my taste. I do really enjoy Korean food at sit down places like Yakiniku Seoul, Millons, Dong Yang, etc. I will try the one in Waimalu Shopping Center in the distant future. Maybe next month.

I love lechon kawali but was so disappointed with theirs. It was so tough and dry. I wish they served it already mixed with the sauce. The fried rice and pancit are good though. Have you tried The Elephant Shack? I've been there many times but only had their goong nam prik pao and kapow. Love!

As so sorry yours was junk. I liked the flavor. Mine wasn't too dry but I just wished there was more fish sauce. I did try Elephant Shack and did a review. Whatever I picked was good but the green papaya salad disappointed me. Maybe I went on a bad day.

Nice vid. Try Merlina's in Whitmore. Best lechon, I think. You can get tomato onion on the side and add your own patis to taste.

Misty, I’ll cook some pansit bihon for you as appreciation for your videos. I’ll sprinkle it with some wing wing sausage 🤙🏾. Mahalo and salamat po 😊. That dinuguan can use more thickened pork blood. Gotta be super thick to be legit. Too legit to quit haha 😂. That pansit need a few more splashes of soy sauce to give it color , or annatto juice and patis.

Glad you had a good experience but I do warn you not to go to the Waipahu location. They have a reputation for messing up multiple orders. They will offer a refund though but you'll have to call sooner than later.

I once got tricked into eating dinuguan when my friend said it was only chocolate meat. 🤢 It wasn't bad. Lechon kawali is still my favorite, eventhough it's going to give me a heart attack one day. Thanks for the review.
