Ingredients :
For Cooking Dal
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1-2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Coriander Stems - ½ tsp (chopped)
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt - 1 pinch
Ginger - Garlic - Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp (crushed)
Split Urad Dal - ⅓ cup
Whole Masoor Dal - ⅓ cup
Whole Moong dal - ⅓ cup
Chana Dal - ⅓ cup
Toor dal - ⅓ cup
Salt (as per taste)
Turmeric Powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Water - 5 cups
For Tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Dried Red Chillies - 2-3
Ginger Julienne
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Salt - 1 pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Curd - ⅓ cup
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Ghee
Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Hi, today Panchratna Dal cooked at home & it is so delicious. At first everybody was like 🙁🙁 After tasting the Pach Ratna Dal every member of family grab it like MAD... 😂😂 They were fighting for getting more portion than others... And it was finished in just 30 minutes. 😃😃 And started demanding to make it once again...
