I just wanna comment that I watch everything you post. The food is authentic and delicious. Being a professional chef myself. I can appreciate your skills I may not always comment. But I do leave a thumbs up every video I have so many social media accounts that I have to upload and post to that I own. So it’s not time for me to comment on everything you do. But I do want you to know Your cooking is amazing and I miss the restaurant cooking you used to do also But have a blessed day and keep up the awesome work

I scrub my cast iron and don't baby them. Just make sure they are dry and fry a piece of bacon in it the next time you use it! Same with carbon steel, keep them dry! top and bottom! Jack.
