Green coriander- 2 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Wheat flour-150 gm
Ghee-1 tsp for dough
Oil or ghee for shallow fry of prantha
Anardana- 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 1.5 tbsp
Cumin-1 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Kasoori methi- 1tbsp
Chili powder-1 tsp
Black pepper- 8-9

By the way Kala masala is also a Maharashtrian spice mixture. The Maharashtra region has quite few varieties of masala which distinguishes Maharashtrian food from other aromas and flavours of India. Stronger and spicier flavours are significant aspects of Maharashtra. It basically comes from Solapur. I am collecting different spice mixes, handwriting in a journal. Including your lehsun ka namak.

अरे वाह सर पराँठा भी बिल्कुल एक्युरेट वैसे मुँह में पानी आ गया सर कसम से लहसुन की चटनी होती इसके साथ और सफेद मक्खन मज़ा आ जाता और जो निम्बू का अचार है ना बस बस याद मत दिलाओ आपको तो पता ही है मैं आजकल वेट लॉस पे धयान दे रहा हूं😀🙏

@7:40 Tip: Paratho ko sekne ke baad ghee lagane se ghee kam absorb hota hai; kachhe me ghee lagane se ghee jyada absorb hota hai.

Din tau tabhi ban gaya tha jab suraj nikla tha. Ab chahe aloo parantha banao ya puri chole, kya farak padta hai.
