It *does not* stabilize in 5 axises in 4K, only in FullHD. The 4K video without tripod is actually a bit jittery (because stabilizer is 3-axis in 4K modes), and this can be very well noticed on all handheld test shots here on youtube. But overall, nice video. I've recently bought this camera as well :)

Hy George, Do you know if FZ2500 model got HDMI LIVE mode and keep sending video signal trough the HDMI out put during filming ? ( My DMC-FZ300 LUMIX shutdown the monitor and give me a nice black window !!! ....Same limitation on GH7 !! )

I did a test through Avermedia capture card and OBS and it does have live mode, HDMI rec output has info display off/on option in menu 6/8

HELP ME ! Just get a new fz2500, The serial number is same on the box and the camera. But the metadata from the photos clicked by the camera shows a different serial number. Do you have the same issue? please check ! HOW TO SEE CAMERA SERIAL NUMBER FROM PHOTOS ? STEP - 1 Open a photo clicked from fz2500 in photoshop. STEP - 2 Go to File Menu - Click File Info - See Camera Data

Have you guys used it a lot in light rain? it's says that it's not weather sealed, so i'm always hiding it away when ever it look like the smallest amount of rain is coming.

Christian Jensen Hey Christian we haven't. We did use it in a bit of rain but we don't recommend it as moisture may damage the lens

la canon te permite poner un lente con apertura mayor, de f1.8 o hasta de f1.2/f1.4, la panasonic es 4k pero la apertura maxima es de f2.8, lo cual no es lo mejor para situaciones de poca luz, yo te recomiendo la canon.

The RX10 III? We'd say they're both for different purposes. If you're more serious about video the FZ2500 is very good. The Sonys lens quality is fantastic and we really like the sensor. Gives great clarity and low light performance

SeanKimStyle better lowlights, shallow depth of filled, more control of lense and settings. Also constant aperture across the zoom range. Nonetheless it's a great camera I intend to use for documentary/run and gun.

There is alliance in camera industry, to not extend 'bridge" camera industry as it will kill ILC (Inter Changeablelens Camera) because the more lens they sell the more profit they get.

The FZ2000/2500 is not water or dustproof. Your first sequence of this review shows your camera with water droplets on the lens barrel. I would have thought that you would have known this as you would have had to read and understand the manufactures instructions thoroughly before embarking on a review.

I've used the FZ2500 in rain and it's had no problems.
