They are dutch pancakes as seen above the door and we eat them this thin. Crêpe is just the french word for thin pancakes. Pancakes are made in a pan. Crêpes are made on this round baking plate thing, which makes them this thin. Even thinner than the dutch ones. Plus that there is sugar inside crepes and in these are not. Almost every country has their own kind of pancakes.
