Hi. I know u guys don't know me, but my dad may possibly have this. He had a CT done, but we don't have results yet. He's been having horrible shoulder pain and sob. I will lose it if he has it bc my dad is my world. PLS PRAY FOR HIM. His name is Earle, and his father and sister died from different cancers. I'm so scared. I pray none of you have this or get this. I have the symptoms of the shoulder pain, weakness and chest tightness. Do you think I have this? I have a lump on my right side of my chest. Going to try to get it checked this week. The lump is approximately 3 inches wide. No pain on it, just around it I guess like my shoulders, back and surrounding area of chest.

go to a doctor, ask for a ct scan, not ultra sound, an ultrasound might not scan deep enough for them to identify it so a ct scan has to be done.

I have the symptoms too including hoarse voice off and on. I have a lump on the left chest up by my first rib, its visibly swollen but you have to look on a certain angle to see it. I have had a chest xray the first month I felt it as well as CT of chest and they say no tumor but its getting worse, its been almost 7 months and I still have no answers. I thought it maybe Thoracic Outlet Syndrome but that doesn't seem to cause visible swelling and watching a video on TOS brought me here bc they mention Pancoast tumor. Did you get an answer yet?

___ **نصيحه هامه لكل مغترب؛** _____ ______ **يجب أن تتكلم** _______ حصل سوء فهم كبير بأن الدين الإسلامي انتشر عن طريق الخلق الحسن فقط ؛ فالتجار و غيرهم كانوا يبتغون من فضل الله تعالى ، ولكنهم لم ينسوا مهمتهم كدعاه للدين الإسلامي، فكانو يتعمدون اظهار امانتهم و خلقهم الحسن حتى تكون ذريعه لهم لنشر الدين الإسلامي قولا و تفصيلا. -------------------------------------- **باختصار ماذا يجب ان تقول :** 1- التوحيد 2_ التبشير بالجنه و الترهيب من عذاب النار 3_ اعطائهم نسخه من القرآن مترجمه بلغتهم، حتى وإن كانت على شكل ملف الكتروني PDF . ___________________________ **بالتفصيل اكثر ** مهما كان السبب لفتح النقاش الديني ( عنف، حقوق مرأه.. الخ) ، قل لهم : قبل ان اناقشكم يجب ان اعطيكم فكره مختصره عن الدين الإسلامي، وتقول : "نحن أيضاً نؤمن بعيسى عليه السلام و نحبه، و لكننا لا نعتبره إله، و محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم نبي مثل كل الأنبياء عليهم السلام، ونحن كمسلمون نؤمن بهم جميعاً، والقرآن مثل كل الكتب السماويه السابقه( التي حرفت كالانجيل و التوراه)، ولكن لأنه اخر كتاب مع آخر نبي مرسل، تعهد الله عز و جل بحفظه من اي تحريف، و في بداية القرآن بعد سورة الفاتحه يقول الله عز وجل في سورة البقره بأن هذا الكتاب هو كلامه سبحانه وتعالى وخال من اي خطأ، و في القرآن يتحدى كل البشريه بأن يجدوا فيه خطأ او ان يحرفوه او ان ياتو بمثله " ------------------------------------------- **و باختصار أيضاً :** " ان السبيل الوحيد لدخول الجنه هو الايمان بالله عز وجل الواحد الأحد دون اي شريك معه ( حتى و ان كان نبي كسيدنا عيسى عليه السلام او محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، او حتى كوساطه للشفاعه عند الله، كالقديسين و غيرهم) ------------------------------------ **و ضروري أيضاً** ذكر عذاب جهنم، بأن من يكفر بانعم الله عز و جل، ويعيش على هذه الارض يتنعم بانعم الله عز و جل ولا يشكره عليها، بل حتى يعصيه او يشكر شخصاً اخر معه، فسيكون عذابه جهنم ( مع وصف عذاب النار بشكل واضح و دون تردد، من انعدام الموت فيها و الحرق و تغيير جلودهم و الحرق مره اخرى، وغيرها من أصناف العذاب) رحمنا الله و اياكم. ------------------------------------- **ومن الضروري أيضاً** شرح بان كلمة الله عز وجل، هي نفس الكلمه التي كان يستخدمها سيدنا عيسى عليه السلام، لأنه كان يتحدث الآراميه، و التوضيح بانه سبحانه وتعالى ليس إله مختلف
