I think having boundaries swings both ways. If you have non people abuse you/take advantage of you and if you are all shut down it makes interacting way more difficult. A thing I want to try out in the future is to differentiate between work and personal life...I tend to take things way to much to heart. The chatting is what I love about your channels Lupe 💛

Thanks for the review and talks Lupe! I’m a recovering people pleaser lol well in recovery 😂 I still have my days. I think it all boils down to the feeling to be needed/wanted, and finding our value in others needing/wanting us to be XYZ to them. Learning to love yourself and put your needs in as just as important spot as others is critical. I still believe in putting others first(after God) but now I have to realize my needs and desires are just as important. I cannot serve and love others, if I am not filled myself. I think becoming a mom has really opened my eyes. Making sure she see her mom being loved and valued has become my biggest priority. I don’t want her thinking she isn’t valued or important, because she is looking up to me.

I've nit tried anything new lately. But after my husband and I got together he'd asked me to make him corned beef and cabbage so I did . I wouldn't eat it then after making it for him for 3 years I tried it now I love it
