Pandan Fried Chicken, SIMPOL

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
700 grams chicken thigh or leg fillets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Set B:
Pandan leaves, as needed
Toothpicks, as needed to secure the pandan and chicken
Set C:
Cooking oil, for deep-frying
