Hi Ranveer, The recipe looks fab however I do have something to add to your video. Living in the UK, I have come to appreciate the fact that in India our single use plastic consumption is way lower, and by buying directly from local bhajiwala we not only save single use plastic consumption but also foster local/clean eating. I like that Swiggy delivers fresh veggies however what I don’t understand is the extra added use of plastic for things like coriander and other vegetables. We Indians would easily be shocked at the amount of plastic used for packaging everything here in the UK. I do wonder if you’ll consider endorsing the fact that even though it is a delivery service, the reduction of those unnecessary plastic packaging will see us a long way into the net zero approach.

We have a similar version of mango pickle in Kerala which we call "kadumanga". We use mustard instead of jeera and jaggery instead of sugar. Your recipe videos are in and itself a feast for the eyes chef.
