Panel 2. A North African Perspective

🔹On September 24, Madrid hosted a fundamental event organized by Mediterranean Dialogue, focused on a topic of vital relevance: Irregular migration in Spain and the Mediterranean.
This meeting brought together a wide spectrum of experts and international organizations, who debated possible solutions from a perspective of international cooperation, human dignity and the search for a balance between security and human rights.
🔹The event took place at the EU Parliament and Commission office in Madrid, starting at 10:15 with welcome remarks from Juan Ángel Soto Gómez President of the Fortius Foundation, and Jorge Aguado, Vice President of Principios.
