@@GrantsRockWarehaus It has everything an orchestra has and several organs. The song has great use of syncopation and the usual melodies and harmonies The Beach Boys use.

Great presentation but you make a completely inaccurate generalization that Brian wrote bad lyrics. Brian wrote some fine lyrics as well as mind-blowing music! Take "Busy Doing Nothing" from Friends or "Time to Get Alone" from 20/20 or an early song like "Warmth of the Sun" is primarily Brian's lyrics. Some of Love You's lyrics are childlike but many are quite good.

As long as i can listen to Pet Sounds,Smile, Sunflower, Surfs Up, Holland, Carl and the Passions,Wild Honey, Friends and 20/20 I'll pass on this one....Johnny Carson one of the best songs of all time?...I think it is one of the worst songs of all time.
