Panel needs more time to decide whether Republican district attorney will lose her law license

DA Linda Stanley was supposed to find out Friday if she would lose her law license, and her job, for misconduct.

Some jobs shouldn't be elected. We just get partisan hacks. Establish decent hiring guidelines and make it an appointment of a special bipartisan committee. C'mon, who but ridiculous partisans fools would elect someone like Tina Peters? She needs to be disbared, my father was an attorney and he heard about this district attorney. As a former ADA himself he said she should have been brought up charges the moment she started talking openly about a case with people even before the case went to court.
