What does BIPOC mean ?

It stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. It's a term of solidarity. They share some of the common experiences with their lives.

“BIPOC” is inclusive. Everyone in the world is included except whites.

I am so sorry to see Plum Village going down the path of Wokeism. I have withdrawn from Plum Village so hopefully that will help these poor delicate souls feel more comfortable now.

This would be an opportunity to consider viewing BIPOC with compassion, understanding that we do not understand what it is like to walk a mile in the shoes of other ethnicities and cultures. This can be expansive for one’s heart. I find it beautiful to learn about the healing and sense of peace that people from BIPOC have found in the Plum Village tradition. I have found a refuge a sanctuary and a home in this tradition. To think of how that might be amplified for people who come from undervalued cultures really touches me deeply. All love ❤
