I was the same age when I came to Canada. My brother was 9 years old. We don't speak Tagalog that way. We speak good Tagalog with proper pronunciation. Grendy is putting on the accent on purpose. Pretending she's all Americanized. 9 years old and above will never forget the lanaguage.
