Are panic attacks TMS?

I have had TMS symptoms for decades but recently been experiencing this panic...I would rather have the other TMS symptoms than this, because this is the most terrifying feeling.

I can vividly remember my first panic attack 26 years ago. Meds for 25 years. Since I started the pain free train. No meds…no panic attack. Boom. This You did good Dan.❤

@@PainFreeYou , I appreciate your approach, but sometimes panic attack is purely biological. Some other biological markers give rise to panic attacks. Like for some people certain type of treatment creates hormonal imbalance resulting panic attacks

I am not exaggerating ; maybe over 300 times I asked for my attacks to get more stronger "give all of it, is this what you got? " and in 2-3 of them it did not really worked well, but in a big majority it did, work very well. That's good to try...

As always, fantastic video, Dan. My main suffering besides migraines and IBS, a few panic attacks and agoraphobia. I have done everything and then some form this (anxiety). There are also phobias regarding some symptoms of severe anxiety. I got so pissed one day, I got in the car, and drive a mile further than usual. I invited the symptoms of panic in as I was feeling more panic. Needless to say, I had a full-blown panic attack! I felt like I retraumatized myself and also embedded (deeper) into the reptilian part of the brain, “Yup! See, we told you so!” Danger!!!” (Even though consciously, there is no danger). I think the method of asking the anxiety, pain, whatever it is, too “give me all you got!” can be helpful to some and not so much for others. Nonetheless, your videos have given me hope. Thank you!

I'm sorry you are struggling. However, the concept of using visualization FIRST before you go driving off is exceptionally powerful. See if you can adapt what is shared in this video to your panic attacks. Visualize yourself doing the things that trigger the panic until you can visualize yourself doing it with joy.

I stopped driving far for a while bc my body started percirving driving on the highway as danger ...i think that the fear was a result of a big change in my life bx i used to drive perfectky fine on the highway
