How to make Mozzarella Cheese at Home | 2 Ingredient Pizza Cheese | मोजरेला चीज़ | Pankaj Bhadouria
Ever tried making Mozzarella cheese at home? It is very easy! All it requires to make Mozzarella Cheese at home is milk and vinegar! Mozzarella cheese is made using buffalo milk. In case you are using cow milk, then add 1 tbsp butter to the recipe shared here.
Mozzarella cheese is fresh cheese and does not require maturing at all. It is also known as PIzza Cheese because it is used for making PIzza, garlic bread too. This Pizza Cheese recipe (mozzarella cheese) requires no Rennet, no Gelatine, no Agar Agar and is 100% vegetarian.
Try this recipe but follow all the instructions and temperatures suggested to get the perfect chewy, stretchy, melting mozzarella cheese!

Recipe :
Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
1.5 L raw buffalo milk
5 tbsp vinegar
Method:
Please remember to use Raw Milk only.
Pour Milk in a pan and heat till luke warm. Your finger should be able to tolerate the temperature.( between 45 to 50 DegreeC)
Add the vinegar 1 tbsp at a time, stirring continuously, till the milk curdles and the cheese separates.
Cover and rest for 2-3 minutes.
Gently push the cheese to one side to bring all the cheese together.
Collect cheese from whey water and squeeze out extra whey with hands.
Heat the remaining whey till hot but not boiling and add 1 tsp salt.
Place cheese in hot whey water for 10 seconds.
Remove, squeeze well and stretch lightly.
Repeat the process 4-5 times.
Soak the cheese in chilled water for 2 minutes to cool it down.
Squeeze out extra whey with hands till completely squeezed. Cling wrap the cheese and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Homemade mozzarella cheese is ready.
Store refrigerated.

I will teach you the easy way to make mozzarella cheese , 1:take 2 liter of milk nd keep for boiling 2: than add butter 200grms nd string 3: after that add 200 grams of mozzarella cheese 4: add half pinch of salt 5 : AND add in a container to freeze it but remember it shuld b quiet hot nd keep inside ur refrigerator over night nd next day you will get 2kg of mozzarella cheese trust me

I beg your pardon, Paneer is closer to Farmer's Cheese than Cottage Cheese. The difference being that Farmer's Cheese is pressed (like Paneer), whereas Cottage Cheese is used as it is after it is separated from the whey. Farmer's cheese is firmer as compared to Cottage Cheese. Sorry for nitpicking, I take my cheese rather seriously.

I have made this today and it’s great. But I thing... I have fridged it in deep fridge. After that whenever I'm putting this in normal freezer it’s becoming little bit moisty. Like it’s melting a little bit. Do I have to preserve it on deep fridge?

Abhi subscribe karti hun... Kya recipe bataya hai aapne... How long can we store this cheeze..? I am a kind of person don't want to eat cheeze products outside because of hygiene issues.. but definitely i will try this at home..
