I made this last year and it went out perfect! Ubos! habnag niluluto ko palang kumukuha na sila. hindi siya yung dry na lumpia pag kinakain. binabalik balikan ko tong video na to tuwing gumagawa ko ng shanghai. Thanks much chef! God bless :)

Darn close to how I've always made them! My variation? I use 2 pounds of ground pork and cook it to about 1/3rd done (still pink). This keeps the added grease to a minimum and shortens the cooking time. I use the same amount of your ingredients, but I add 1 tbs of Red Boat fish sauce and 1 teas. of MSG. I also use about 6-8 cloves of fresh garlic and MUCH more fresh ground pepper. (But I'm big on ground pepper!) There's SO MANY ways to make lumpia, but yours _(and mine)_ are the best! _......in my opinion._

Thank you, this is by far the easiest lumpia recipe to follow. Although I watched video with English captions, I think it is remarkable how many English and Spanish words I heard in this video. It makes sense historically, thank you for sharing.

I wanted to make not just lumpia but a better version of it for my mom's birthday. Yung pang restaurant ang feels pag nalasahan mo. Parepareho lasa ng lahat ng napanuod ko almost the same as my recipe but yours is different. I'm so excited to try this. Thank you po so much!! Also, yung boardmate ko nung college na pancit canton lang ang marunong gawin naging instant ala chef after ecq dahil sa panlasang pinoy. Haha. Thanks!

Dami naman nag-cri-critize kung paano siya magluto. Lahat tayo may technique kung paano magluto. Nasa sa inyo kung gusto nyo muna gisahin o hindi. Dami nyo sinasabi, gawa din kayo ng sarili nyong video sa pagluluto. Be thankful na lang sa effort nya.

Kaya nga lalo Na sa ibang bansa yung mga Pinoy restaurants bihira lang ang talagang tumatagal, kase ugali ng mga kababayan natin e “ah Mas masarap luto ko dyan, Mas masarap luto ng Tiya ko dyan” instead Na suportahan kung anu-Ano ang sinasabi. Hi, what do u think about some tips to make lumpia crispy for extended time like putting vinegar in the oil before frying or water when it's about to be done or brushing oil on the inside of the wrapper? Thanks.

True Chinese origin and authentic way to fully maximize the best way to cook lumpia is not having it sealed on both ends so this way hindi makukunat agad ang loob nito by keeping it open and will keep it lasting for hours on its genuine lumpia flavor
