I like how Dime rolls it back a bit during the instrumental break about 2/3 of the way through and lets Rex shine through on the bass. The bass riff he plays there is tasty. I feel you, though. Waiting for that ripping Dime solo that never comes.

You should check out the Brazilian heavy metal band sepultura I would suggest songs like inner self,sarcastic existence, dead embryonic cells,or territory they are a very good metal band I think you would like their drummer!

@@bmeggs19 oh yeah for sure idk if you’ve heard their 2 meter sessions of attitude,ratamahatta, and rootsbloodyroots but they are very interesting versions of those songs and they had a bongo guy join them in the set. that was the first thing I ever saw from them and I was blown away
