Phil and the Illegals opened up for the final Slayer tour in 2019. It was the prequel to the Pantera tour. They announced it was going to be all Pantera songs. Sold out show in Asheville NC. All 12,000 people showed up for Phil. I have never seen a concert where every ticket holder showed up for the opener.

I was there and the issue is this was on a Friday. The traffic getting into Gillette is absolutely awful on the weekends but especially at 6pm on a work day. It’s unfortunate that there were lots of empty seats for Pantera. It was full for Metallica. Phil, Zakk & the boys were fantastic tho.

@Taras-Nabad there's actually tons of people there, it looks empty because it's a stadium and Pantera is opening for Metallica. Once Metallica started every seat was full. This isn't a reflection of pantera, it's just knuckleheads tailgating in the parking lot.
