​@@patrickp.8390 Dude it literally has nothing to do with having the budget to recruit Hailie to record the lines or not, it's just that she doesn't have the same job : a video game VA and a VA playing in a series are not the same thing, it's a different job with different demands. You can't just imagine both of them as recording text in a booth, it has to be a different kind of acting for immersion in the game, and Vi's VA has been doing this for 10 years whereas Hailee has no experience in voice acting for video games.

Whatever your opinion about Arcane... this is not Vi. Everything she says that is actually Vi, is completely out of place for the Arcane version. While everything that fits the Arcane version is completely out of place for Vi. Actual hijacked character. This version of Vi doesn't deserve the original login screen theme for Vi. She does nothing but mope around, cry, scream in tears, and be depressed.

​@@israelquiles9127This skin is objectively below the quality expected for a legendary skin like this: there's less interaction and dialogue, the effects are average and the skin itself isn't great (and even then, they changed the colors afterwards, giving us a Vi with purple hair and a blue jacket that has nothing to do with the art or the series because "We can't make dark skins it's too hard"). The voiced lines are nice, and they finally give us dialogues that go with the new canon and Arcane, but that's not enough to get the job done. And it has nothing to do with the trolling you mention, the OP just gives his opinion.
